[Resolved]  Pan Card — no resolution to my problem

dear sir,
i m vikas and i had applied pan card before 8 months ago from my office aegis bpo services .i had submitted my driving license and my high school certificates. aftr one month i had got my pan card in which my name and fathr's sir name was wrong it was like this[protected]

IT WAS MY MISS FORTUNE THAT ON SAME DAY DURING JOURNEY
MY PAN CARD HAD BEEN LOST.AND AFTR THAT I LOADGED A COMPLAIN IN POLICE STATION.I GOT ONE COPY OF FIR .
AND I AGAIN SUBMITTED MY FIR COPY, HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATES, XEROX COPY AGAIN.
AFTR TWO MONTH I GOT RESPONS THAT[protected]

pan card did not receive yet.

i have not recived my pan card . but its giving that yours pan card has been dispatch on 6th nov its sent by post. but till now i am not getting my pan card.

pan card status

On 25th October one courier from Mumbai to Lucknow with pan card did not delivered. My address is B-113 Kamla Nehru Nagar, Khurram Nagar, Lucknow226022. First time also send send by Income Tax Department Bombay and the another time again in October but I did not find the card. My permanent address and everytime one person in house available. Please give me detail of the courier of Siddharth Shukla from IT Bombay.
