[Resolved]  Pan Card — no resolution to my problem

It is submitted that I had applied PAN CARD on dated 16.8.2008 for issuing of PAN CARD. I have come to know that the PAN CARD issued by the concerned department has not been delivered to me and the same has been returned by the Post Office, Deaprtment to Bombay. In this Connection, you are requested kindly take up the matter with the concerned delivery of my pan card as soon as possible.

Date of Birth mentioned in pancard as 9/03/1978 which should be 9/03/1948 the pancard sent for necessary correction to the office concern 3 years back and i have not received corrected one.

I am at loss to know whether my request of correction in date of birth taken care off or not.

I have my pan card, but the print of one alphabate is gone. Now i want reissue of my pan card. What is procedure for it.

I have applied for PAN card with my office address 6 months back...and till nw i have nt recieved my PAN card.I got the PAN details through website earlier. Wat should I do? Please help me

i have applied a pan card through nsdl vide acknowledgment no.[protected] but i don't received the card yet only i received the pan no.ARCPG3111.
As per their on line status they have sent the parcel including card througn courier i.e. overnite courier limited.

I had applied for my pan card correction...i just want the correction of my name...when i apply for this i had submitt all my documents such as my driving licence in which my name was wrongly mentioned as i noticed it later, i did made the required changes in my driving licence and through the goverment gazatte and on october 16 th 2008, GAZATTE NUMBER:U-10649 FROM GULAMALI HUSSAIN TO GULAMALI MOHAMED HUSSAIN GULAMALI and the affidavited dated on 13 th may 2008, and my driving licence DLD[protected] DL NO:MH 02 [protected], VALID TILL:[protected] and also published my new name in pre press general dated oct 27, 2008 and also in navashakti dated on 29th oct 2008,

Even after submitting all these attached documents, i got a negative reply as stated below

"Your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database."
