[Resolved]  Pan Card — no resolution to my problem

My PAN no is BCQPS1655A please provide me my Firstname and surname to file my tax return.

Applied for PAN Card for still not recieved the PAN Card though know the PAN Card no..AJTPA2157N

I would like to ask ,can a women / lady/ girl , can have two different name in two different pan card , but the pan card number will be the same , the pan number will be the same , one pan card will be in the maidens home name , & one pan card will be in the husband homes name , the income tax return will be filed with one pan card but two different name .

I have applied for PAN CARD in 2007 through NSDL but till date I didnt receive my PAN CARD .
Acknowledgement No. [protected]
PAN No. AKJPD7338P
While tracking through the system I got following message :
"Your PAN CARD has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 14-Mar-2007. The reason for non delivery as specified by courier agency is ' Consignee has shifted". Please contact NSDL or the TIN Facilitation Centre where application was made by you ".

What can I do for getting my PAN CARD.
PLease provide the way to resend the PAN CARD.
