[Resolved]  Pan Card — surname and middle name error

Address:Ernakulam, Kerala

Hi my name is Resmy, am facing a problem while i try to file my tax online,when i give my surname and middle name it says it dosent match with the details i have given in the pan card,so how can i find the details i have given in the pan card form? i dont remember what i wrote in the column of surname and middle name bcz usualy i use my initial which is M N. please help me to find my pan card details,so that i can file my returns today itself.

Pan card — error of the name in pan card

i have recieved my pan card but there is mistake in name ...my pan card no. is AEMPH5297N ....
so plz send me the correct pan card on the address given below..

Pan Card Department — My Middle Name

I am holding Pan card No.ADEPA3042K & i want to file a return through Efilling. To get regitered my self while writting my father's name (i.e. my middle name) it's says your Mid name dose not match with the data you have entered. please help me for this.

Pan card — Address error

Sir,
I am Mr. Sovan Mukherjee and i have applied previously for Pan card registration of my wife Rita Mukherjee. And i have duly received the card (No. BHGPM1067F) on the stipulated date. but there has been a error in the envelope where the address of my wife has been printed.
It has been printed in the envelope the holding number of my house as "139/41" instead of "139/1".
Sir my question is that whether this would corrected in due time and i would also like to know whether the address in the data entry for the registration has been entered incorrectly, and if so i would request you to make the necessary corrections.

Pan card — Middle name

Though I never have a middle name, when I got my PAN card I found that my father name is written as my middle name. I know, as I had to do the card from Maharashtra, so this has happened without my knowledge. Now I have to correct this for no fault of mine.
