My wallet was stolen while boarding bus at Marathalli Bus STOP. It contains my Pan card EJVPS1522R ,Driving license ,Axis bank debit card,200 hard cash and a photograph.

I wish my complaint to be registered. So that my personal info is not used for impersonation of any kind.

I am holding PAN Card since 2004 and the number is AYIPS6503J. I have lost this orginal card last month. Can I get a Soft copy of my PAN and apply for a New Duplicate PAN card issuance by IT Department or authorized Agents.

I am unable to register my PAN and file e-returns as my PAN appears invalid on the department's website. The website has a different PAN no attached to my name which I never received. I have brought it to the notice of the ITO WD 1(1) on 6th Dec., 2006 and after that have written e-mails to the departmental grievance cell, have applied for change/correction in PAN to de-activate the PAN (AEGPB0959P) appearing in the website and activate the PAN card I am currently holding (AAZPB4601M), posted complaint on the department website. Nothing is working and I am not getting any response to my correspondence also.

My TDS is promptly being credited under the PAN card I am holding currently (AAZPB4601M) and all the Form No.26 AS is up-to-date.

Now, I don't know what to do to get the necessary correction on the department website to register my PAN and e-file the returns.

Dear Sir,

i am sirisha, i lost my Purse in RTC Koti Bus (ameerpet to raj bhavan road), On[protected]:20am i am going to raj bhavan road.
Somebody has taken out purse from my hand bag. It contain my sbi debit cum ATM card, PAN Card , some other important id cards & 5,000 rupees as cash,Immediately i have blocked ATM card but may be the people misuse my PAN card so, request to recover it as soon as possible all the things.

On subject cited above, I would like to state that I was going to Shri Ganganagar with my family via Intercity Express (12481) at 1.15 p.m. from Old Delhi Railway Station. After boarding in Train, I found that my handbag was open and small bag containing PAN Cards, cheque book, cash Rs. 5000/- approx. was theft.

Hi Team,

I have applied for changing my date of birth in my PAN card, for which
i have filled the entire application and paid the amount through my
debit card. But i need to post all the documents with the
Acknowledgment letter.

The problem is am not able to open/ i don't know how to get back my
filled in application form so that i can get the print of it and post
the same with other documents.

I tried entering my Acknowledgment number but it displayed as "Your
application is under process at NSDL. You may contact NSDL on (020)

My name is aaditya raj bishnoi, i am having two pan card with me which is issued to me wrongly. out of that i have surrendered one pan card (AJOPB2718F) to IT office Jodhpur 6 months back. but still its showing 2 pan card in income tax website. when i contacted IT office jodhpur they told me that we have forwarded your request to CBD BELAPUR (navi mumbai) now we cant do anything go to belapur HO. i am very irate with IT department , plz help me on this to get rid of extra PAN card and govt. office ...........i will be thankfull to you.

I am an NRI living in Curacao (Netherlands Antilles). I had applied for refund of TDS deducted on interest earned by me on my deposits with icici bank, Indore, The refund was accepted by Income Tax Department and I received the cheque for refund alright but on the cheque the bank account number was also mentioned
and that number was of my NRO account and so the bank refused to accept. Bank told me to get the cheque
in NRE account number. So I had requested ( through my Income tax consultant in Indore) Income tax department to please make the corrections on the cheque or send me fresh cheque for the refund amount mentioning my NRE account number on the cheque, instead of NRO account number. It is more than a year during which I had sent many reminders to income tax department to please send me the refund cheque but I have not received the cheque nor any reply to my son many reminders. Please guide.

I had visited many times Range 12 and met Officers, they had confirmed me in May 2012 saying the refund will be done within 10 days, but till date I am waiting. I had submitted my applications and followed the right channel. I had submitted my bank details as well. The bank details were updated in front of me in the site.

Hi,

I have been observed, so many people are facing the refund issue after filing the IT Returns. The only one status message i have seen " Unable to credit refund as the account number provided by you is incorrect". Seems there is a mistery is going on... if we directly go to income tax office i can hear 'we are on the audit process and asking us to come on next week " like that 2 months has gone.... I can see 20 cases from my present IT company....
Please try to refund the amount asap.

Applicant have provided Proof of Identity “Aaadhar card”, and proof of address is also “Aaadhar card” for new PAN application at TIN, Baner, Pune.

Applicant is residing on rental address mentioned as “C/o.”in address on Aadhar card. For address proof the same name is mention on electricity bill which is provided along with pan application.
TIN infor team (Mr.Shrirang) not accepting Aadhaar card copy for address proof and ID proof.

They have not processed pan application no.[protected] due to following reasons.
1.Proof Of Identity -No proof attached
2.Proof Of Address -Not in applicants name-Electricity bill

My complaint is why Aadhaar card is not accepting as a address proof and ID proof, however it is clearly mentioned on Aadhaar website www.uidai.gov.in that Aadhaar card no.will serve as a proof of identiy and address anywhere in India.

My PAN card no BJHPR0338D. has been dispatched on 25-AUG-2012 by speed post vide airway bill no.[protected] at my flowing address:
