[Resolved] Passport — DELAY IN ISSUANCE OF PASSPORT | |||
To, THE PASSPORT OFICER CGO 1, HAPUR CHUNGI GHAZIABAD UTTAR PRADESH SUBJECT : GRANT OF PASSPORT FACILITIES (FILE NO : GZBG[protected] Sir, Please refer your letter dated 25-Apr-12, which states in furnishing the explanation for suppression of material information about the previous expired passport. I wish to put few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action please. 1. Sir, I have applied for the renewal of my passport on 20th May 2009, and all the requisite documents were attached duly verified by the accepting authority. The File No: GZBG00117109 was issued for renewal purpose. 2. Sir, being a Government servant, my application was duly supported by a NOC certificate from my present employer i.e. 510 Army Base Wksp, Meerut Cantt, besides other requisite documents. 3. Sir, when enquired for the process after waiting for two years in first week of Jan 2012, I was told that the verification from my present employer (510 Army Base Wksp, Meerut Cantt) is awaited. I highly appreciate the process from your kind office in sending the verification form the same time to my present employer. The verification was duly forwarded from my employer vide 510 Army Base Wksp letter No 24501/Gen/Adm dt 18 Jan 2012. 4. Sir, on my next visit to Passport office in 3rd week of Jan 2012, I was again told about non receipt of verification from my present employer. The verification had again forwarded to my employer and the reply to it was forwarded vide 510 Army Base Wksp letter No 24501/Gen/Adm dt 31-Jan-2012. (Copy attached) …. 2/- -2- 5. Sir, now in Jun 2012, I received a letter dt 25 Apr 2012 from Passport office (copy attached) about FINAL REMINDER and CLOSING OF FILE. My humble request to your kind honor is to inform me about my fault in all aspects. I and my employer have duly fulfilled all the projected requirements by Passport Office till date without any delay. The verification form was also forwarded twice by my employer. I have also attached the photocopy of the verification form forwarded by my employer dated 31-Jan-2012. In view of the above, I request to your kindness to look into the matter and take necessary action please. I would always remain in debt to your kind honour in renewing my passport at the earliest please. Thanking you in anticipation. regarding passport not issued from two years — Delay in issuing passport
Respected sir,i applied for passport in june 07 and my application no is B003702 year 2007and i did not got passport till date.the status in inquiry of passport is only seems like as false statement because it alwayes displayed that it is delay due to unavoidable reasons and dispatched within weeks time but in one year period, the weeks time is not come please
kindly request to dispatch as soon as possible please.
renewal of passport — Dealay in issue of passport
I am a senior citizen.I submitted my papers for renewal of passport on[protected], with File No.HYDL001104.Status is, Police report not received, updated upto 27-5-09 only.Police verification was done on 22-5-09.In case, the report is not satisfactory, the content of the forms is tampered with or there are mistakes in the filling in the forms, I request for reverification by a different person, done in fair way.It is a matter of change of res. address only.I hope, the authority will take notice of it and act as soon as possible and issue my passport. dear sir,
I have submitted my passport on 2nd April, 2008 at passport office, Bikhaji cama place, Delhi. and my File no. is A[protected]. I have not yet received my passport yet. I have been there at passport office many times for enquiry but they just have few words that you will receive it within 15days. My police veification has been done within one month of submission. Even my passport status is fine and it says your passport has been dispachted on 25july 2009. But still i have not recived it. I have emailed so many times to the PRO ans even sectratary at patiala house but they also dont take any action. This is the way the citizens should be treated. All government employees are just taking advantage of their positions and they just don't work and in this only common people like us suffer. They just know how to take action for those who give them bribe. If a person goes by normal procedure then he has to face it everytime. We take out time from our busy schedule to check the status at passport office and you guys don't have courtesy to attend the customer properly. If a frustrated person shows some aggression you guys threaten the customer that you wont issue the passport. I request you kindly to look into the matter and inform me about the status and oblige.

Police has completed enquiry long back and the status at site says will be dispatched in a week.
But the status is the same from a month. Sir, i am a final year student and require my passport for admissions abroad.

I, SHARMILA CHAUDHURI ( date of birth 08.02.1956) have applied for a passport on 29.10.2010 in Kolkata. File ref. is CAL-W[protected]. Police verification was completed on 07.02.2010 at Lake Town Police Station, Kolkata- 700089. On line status as on 23.03.2010 shows that the Police Report has not yet been forwarded to RPO, Calcutta.
I do not understand the reason for such delay.

Dear Sir / Madam,I (Bappaditya Sarkar), would like to highlight the inordinate delay in issue of a passport for my daughter (Name: ANTARA SARKAR).
My Daughter, currently residing and studying in Xth Std, in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, had applied for a renewal of her passport on 3rd March 2011, vide the file number HYD-C[protected].
I had visited the Regional Passport Office (customer counters / enquiry counters) at least 4 times in the past 6 months. But still am not able to get a proper date by which the passport would be issued / sent to my daughter.
