Indian Passport applied on 2010, on DIB inspection I submitted all necessary documents, then the status on website was " Submit PP form ", then I submitted all documents further, but till passport is not issued....

I am Gurpreet Singh and I have applied for a fresh passport on 05/12/2011, and my police verification also has completed around 3 months back , in Tilak Nagar police station New Delhi, My File No.- DL[protected], and DOB :20/12/1992. Dear Sir,

I applied for my fresh passport on 09 Dec 2011 and Police verification was done within February. But passport is not received yet. On inquiry on the website "passportstatus.nic.in" it is shown that "Police Report has not been received".

Passport delivery
I had applied for my passport in January 2011. My passport was delivered at my address in May 2011. Since I was unavailable at that time, it returned back from the post office.Later I agin went to the passport office and gave an application letter equesting for the re-delivery of my passport in February 2012. But no action has been taken yet. My refernece no is W 260777...

I got the contact of passport agent through Just Dial, the person having no. [protected] contacted me and took the required document and Rs.2500/- in August2011. After that every time when I called him he said dat I will be getting that within few days. Now when limit of my patience has crossed I called him and asked that i[censored] r not able to get my passport then please give me at least receipt so that I can write an application to passport...

As i was applied my first passport in the year 2006 with the file no : B034180.In police verification some address mismatch found by our local police inspector because of my innocence it was happened (college hostel address not mentioned in address column)and i gave the apology letter for this issue to concern police officer.after that i was not received passport so far...i clarified in salem collector office.but no result found...
