Planet M — Warranty Related | |
I bought a Sony F305 with a two year Manufacturer's warranty from a Planet M outlet in Manisquare Mall, Kolkata. Within 6 months there was physical damage to my phone which makes the warranty void. I am supposed to incur the cost of the repair which I'm ok with. But is it not the responsibility of the outlet to atleast have the piece sent to Sony Ericsson service center? Or can they deny that too? I remember last time I had a problem with my cell "Mobile Store" sent it to Sony Center for repair etc. Is this something that Planet M can deny? Please let me know as I'm paying 1/3 of the price tag on the phone as damages. Was this information helpful? | |

similar a bit larger problem m facing, i purchased nokia 3500C from Planet M elgin road outlet with two year warranty after 1 and half year it was dead i deposit it to the same shop after 15 days when i traced the shop it was out of site, then i got information after great effort through landlord the owner's no. and i was said to contact Manisqure outlet, now two months has elapsed i did not get my mobile he says it is irreparable, now he do not even receive my call, now i m planning to move for police complain and consumer court since because of it my one sim is off and and leading to difficulty to call me for emergency patients as i m doctor by profession.
i have already registered my complaint on[protected] but still no one has done anything about it it has been 3 months from now that they have taken my cell for repair and everytime i visit them they say sir we will give you next week. none of them picks up my phone call. all of them are saying that do whatever you can do we are not going to return your cell phone till we would not like to. what should i do now Mr Bhalla has diagreed to talk to me. its all is happening at planet store at durgapuri in delhi someone please help me to get out of it.
From Planet M, Thane, I bought one AUX earphone for Rs 500. One of its ear plug stopped working in 15 days only. Now from past 2 months they are just saying it is not in stock.

i have bought a nokia 3500c from planet m on 5-8-08 having 2 year warrenty. when i took my phone to them them they have taken it for one month and still the problem reoccured after two days. it was having a faulty speaker and it was repaired as they told me. the sound of the speaker was not clear and now it has stopped working. please help.
