[Resolved]  Planet M — No Proper service

I have purchase Micormax X280 mobile form Palnet M , Mira Bhayander Road on 5 Nov 2009. As per the selseman ( ?) the cell is good and have 15 days standby mode battery capacity. but when i use this cell i found that battery get low with in 2 hrs. when i went to replace the piece they have replaced my mobiles Battery. but the problme remain unsolved.
Now when i went to the shop for servicing they are not reday to take any resposibility for that. ( infact they have taken One year warranty for the piece). According to them it is our resposibility to take cell to the Srvice center which is not mentioned they have sold the Mobile.
The staff is not know how to talk with Womens and senior Citizens. They are Gunda type. when ever you go to the shop you will find new guy on the counter and not redy to resposibilty for the each other.

Never go to shop to buy any electronics Item.

Planet M — no proper information about the product

the planet m, branch which is located in jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore did not give the complete details abt the handset ant they also did not provide me the correct mobile for the features which i have given.
only 20 days back i have taken it and they r telling me to take in exchange and they will give me only 50% of the amount.

Planet M — lack of service

i`d purchased a motorola handset from planet m store under the so called scheme "peace of mind" which says 2 years warranty, price protection, standby phone facility etc. However recently I got a problem in my handset so I approached a store at dadar circle in the heavy rains on 31st july 2010 in the afternoon as my handset is still under warranty. As per the scheme i should get a standby handset which shamefully the store didnt had, i told them my problems of not having an alternative handset but they fail to understand and said that they really cant do anything so i requested them to give me in writing that they cant give me a standby phone but they refused for that as well and said that "do what u want" so i approached the matunga police station which is incharge there they told me its a matter of consumer protection, now after all the inconvenience and discomfort caused to me i visited another planet m store ar parel and they had a different policy altogether they said they dont take any servicing handsets on saturdays and sundays and i`ll get a standby phone after a weeks times.I was really disappointed by this behaviour from the planetm stores its not worth trusting these people as dont do what they say and everything they say is just for the sake of attracting costumers. This is something very shameful
I have purchased KINGSTON MICRO SD 4GB from Planet M retail shop no.9, City Center, Near 22 no. Phatak, Patiala(Punjab) on 30.10.2010 vide Invoice no.4054 having item no.691784, Customer ID:[protected] at the cost of Rs., 539/- to be used for my mobile set NOKIA 6300.The set was shown to employee before the purchase of the same but after the purchase the same was installed in above set for its performance but no avail as the expendable memory of the set was only 2GB.So the 4GB Card has no benefit.The matter was discussed with the employee to provide me the 2GB card instead of 4 GB but he refused with remarks that bill has been issued so this can not be changed now.After the functioning of 4GB card the bill should be issued but same was issued during the sale of card without waiting for its checking .

Kindly arrange to redress my grievance and issue me 2 GB card instead of 4 GB and refund the balance amount as 4GB card has no use for me.
