Planet M — delay in phone repair | |||
hello, i had purchased a mobile handset nokia 5800 from planet m store in vikhroli mumbai . it is in warranty period . its been one month since i gave the phone to them for repairs of my handset touch screen problem but they are not returning the phone back to me giving me silly reasons . please guide me what do i do.i have the job sheet, warranty card . my email id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Planet m stores — no repair of mobile in warranty period
I brought a sony ericsson w200i mobile from Planet M store ( D-215, Sahara Plaza , patrakarpuram, gomtinagar , lucknow ) for my mother on 3/1/09.The warranty of mobile was of two years but after 1yr when i took for repair i was shocked . The store keeper told that the warranty card is wrong .
He told that the IMEI was wrong . When i rechecked i found that their was a minute error in warranty card on matching with bill.
The IMEI on bill was
[protected].
But the person who wrote the made an error and change 8 to 0. The IMEI on warranty of same bill was [protected].
I am suffering for what the PLANET M STORES ARE RESPONSIBLE.
all documents are attacted.
