[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Non delivery of parcel

Hi,

I have sent one gift pack worth Rs. 1000/- to Bangalore from Madurai ( S.S.Colony) Via The Professional Courier " reference no: IXM1948013 "and that parcel have not reached on time. After contacting so many time to Customer care, Customer care Manager & operation Manager (Madurai) they informed me that they lost the parcel and ready to reimburse my whole amount within 10 Days, Once I forward one application & Details about Parcel. I have forwarded application twice to Customer care manager but now they are not responding.
The Managers of The Professional couriers are not ready to speak also and giving on or the other excuses. Please somebody tell how to teach lessons to "The Professional couriers Bangalore".
Please somebody suggest which action I will take to teach lesson to them.

Very Bad Services o[censored]r Couriers

My parcel no:[protected] is not delivered yet which was dispatched from the Lower Parel Mumbai on 11-2-09 to Ranjangaon MIDC . Kindly take necessary actions against this bad customer service.

i send regular parcel of my company product proffessional couier is very poor service in couier industry last month my 3 to 4 parcel are not deliverd to ranchi, bangalore, delhi & other states .

proffessional couier has to close down their services to all over india .. very poor service ...

We had booked one parcel on 13.01.09 at your Udumalpet branch vide Doc.No.264148 addressed to JEBAKUMAR, WINDCARE INDIA PVT LTD JANDAI NIWAS, RAMESH NAGAR, Near ST BUS STAND, CHADWEL PO, SAKRI TALUK, DHULE DISTC MAHARASHTRA 424 305 and one letter on 02.02.09 vide Doc.No.275243 addressed to MR ASHOK PATHE, Messrs SUZLON INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LTD, VIP GUEST HOUSE, SHANTHI NAGAR, NANDURBAR, MAHARASHSTRA STATE.
We regret to observe both the above have not been received by the respective addressees till date i.e., Friday the 27th February 2009.

Please look into this treating this as MOST URGENT and arrange to deliver the respective items to the addressees forthwith.

We have sent one courier to Mr.Mahesh C/o. Sri Jeyamurugan Granite Exports, Karikal Village, Sholingar, Arakonam Taluk, Vellore District on 20.03.2009. The cover was sent from Madurai & the consignment No was IXM4000480. But still now the cover was not reached Mr.Mahesh. Kindly look into the matter and reply to us immediately.

This is the worst courier services which i never had seen. i dont know the how they are working in this bloddy company. Management is really too bad they might have joined in some goverment services instead of courier services. i had very important paper courier from one local station from another district and to reach hyderbad and to me still i was waiting. the courier is life deciding for me.

idiotic management and services, i will recomend to all please do not use this courier services.

Leeladhar ji already sent on 28th February and the Consignment Note number is 5233118, and it is from Professional Couriers, It is Sri Sai chatchaita book and told me please check up the local professional couriers.Till i donot receive the book already 1.5 months go please give me my parcel which is from Shirdi I need the book .May baba sai bless U please give me in the parcel my address and mobile no is also given

There was a parcel from Vapi to Gandhidham for Renaissence Corp. Ltd of Doc no. 2449529 dated 14th of April. Till date I have not recd. the same.

Professional courier is not at all professional. The way their customer people respond is horrible and if they are unable to answer they disconnect the phone.

Professional courier is a Chu*** company. I request every one to be careful about this company.

I have come across one of the most "UnProfessional" courier services I have ever dealt with. I had booked a courier consignment no. 282113 on 20th May to a place within the city and that too at a distance of just 7 Km from the point of despatch, but to my utter disgust even after 7 days it has not been delivered. On contacting the Area Manager, Visakhapatnam, Professinal Couriers Mr Kishore with mobile number [protected] I got the response that the packet is lying in one of their branches and shamelessly i was told that my client needs to collect it from their office. It seems this company wants to make money through customers sufferings. Repeated attempts to contact this officer were in vain as he doesnt pick up the call or disconnects and doesnt revert. Hopeless.

i booked 5 kg packet from nagari ( tirupathi ) to mumbai on 27.05.2009 up to date party not received any thing consign ment given as 85407

Professional Couriers — Lost the parcel with Important document inside

I have send the courier from Mumbai to Gurgaon on 27th May'09 through Professiona Couriers with POD number[protected]. Till Date it has not reached its destination, Its been 10 days and no one in the company can track the same, I have made in numerous calls and send many mails to the company but they are bothered to reply. No one at customer care also are able to reply or give me satisfactory answer.

Professional Couriers is the most unprofessional service. Evidence...my consignment no. HYD6966071 book on 28 May 2009 from Hyderabad to Delhi had not been delivered even todate i.e., 06 Jun 2009. Even after 10 days, the shipment is still undelivered. When enquired on 01 Jun 2009, with the customer care, Hyderabad, the response was worse. After many trials at last they asked me to contact Delhi. When contacted Delhi, they kept me onhold for 15 minutes and said all their servicemen are busy and asked me to call later after 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, no one lifted the call. God help the customers of this unprofessional courier services...

Our client from Sangli Mr Umesh Shah (Star Aluminium) has couriered a parcel as on 10th June 2009 in the evening for which the docket no is 977980 dated 10.6.09. The same has not yet received at our end. Please revert us by when the same will be received.

My Father posted a parcel from Zaheerabad to Chandigarh on 15-June -2009(Monday). The parcel is CALCULATOR. Still I didnt recieved my parcel to my address.Can I know the reason for delay in delivery.
