I have made a Shopping from Indiatime Shopping on 26th of December

Seller has send the Product from Delhi using Professional Courier Service
It is more than 20days I havent Received the Product
Worst thing is that they dont have any Proper Website for tracking, and their customer care never respond properly

They should change its Name to UnProfessional Courier Service...

It is with utter shock, frustration and dissatisfaction that I am bringing the following issue to the notice of those concerned.

I had availed the services of Professional Couriers to send some important documents to Delhi on 10.12.08. (Consignment No : 5985310) . this is with regard to a consignmant booked from chennai on 10 th december 2008 pod number[protected].Its not delivered till 15/12/08.whwn enquired the response is not good and they say its returned to the orginating destination.This is not the first time i am getting this response, its the third time, the delivery service of professional courier in kerala, cochin particularly is pathetic....

There was a courier was addressed to me(Chennai).
The address specified was correct and it is an official address and I had received my couriers in the same address earlier.But on that specific date, it was an urgent document(which I was supposed to submit the same day), but I did not receive it even after 2 days.(I wasssss trusting and Preferring PROFESSIONAL to other couriers for safe and speedy delivery)
