From Chennai to Anandur (Ramnad Dist)

Document was not delivered till 13-April-2009.

I was trying to track the document and called Chennai office, the call redirected to Karaikudi. After making so many calls got lethargic and irresponsible answer. From chennai it was delivered to Karaikudi. Karaikudi and Devakottai professional courier people are not prompt in their duty. When asked they said there is no proper bus transport to the destination, where 20-30 busses are going daily.
Because of this got into mental pressure and fet insulted. Kindly take the necessary action.

NOW PLS GIVE ME THE ANSWER THAT WHY THIS PACKET HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO
THE PARTY TILL THIS MOVEMENT.

I HAD BOOKED 3 PARCELS IN CHIRALA PROF. COURIER OFFICE. ONE OF THE COURIERS CONTAINS MY EXAM APPLICATION AND THE REMAINING TWO CONTAINS DD TOWARDS MY UNIVERSITY.ALL THESE PARCELS ARE BOOKED ON 21 ST MAR 09. EXAM APPLICATION PARCEL TO KADAPA AND TWO REMAINING PARCELS TO TAMILNADU. TAMILANADU PARCELS ARE DELIVERED WITH IN TWO DAYS. BUT KADAPA PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED. WHEN I ENQUIRED KADAPA PROF COURIER OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THAT PARCEL WAS DELIVERED.I ENQUIRED THE PERSON TO WHOM I SENT BUT HE TOLD ME THAT PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED.AGAIN I ENQUIRED IN KADAPA OFFICE THEY TOLDI ME THAT PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED TO DAY WE DELIVER DEFINITELY.HOWEVER BY THE EVENING STILL IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AGAIN I ENQUIRED IN THE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THAT PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO HEAD OFFICE BECAUSE CUTSTOMER WAS NOT AT HOME. IMMEDIATEL I SEND THE PERSON TO WHOM I SENT THIS PARCEL TO THEIR OFFICE. HE ARGUED WITH THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY LOST THE PARCEL. NOW EXAM TIME IS ALSO OVER 10 DAYS GONE FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING. NOW I REQUEST U TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST PROF COURIER I[censored] WANT I CAN SEND ALL THE DETAILS REG TO THE PARCEL AND THEIR WEBSITE REPORT WHICH SHOWS THAT PARCEL UNDELIVERY STATUS ALSO . SO PLEASE CONSIDER THIS MAIL AND TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THEM

My father sent me one courier containing ATM card through professional courier from erode on oct 2008 but it was not delivered to my chennai address, i called the customer care officials but no response from their end.and i also went to head office which is situated in Annasalai, but there also no response.

this courier really sucks.its not the first time happening to me.this item i bought from ebay, an MP3 player and when the courier guy came to deliver me, luckily i opened the case in front of him and found nothing inside.then i gave him back to send it back to where it came.the prob is i didnt pay for shipping insurance.and i think im gonna lose my money for nothing.im really in bad mood.

I had shipped an important consignment from Bangalore to Kolkata vide consignment number BLR50056980 on March 9, 2009. Till date, I have been literally running from pillar to post to know the status of the consignment.
The booking agents say they have lodged a complaint and that all they can do!
The customer care numbers cannot be reached after thousand attempts!
Kolkata office numbers keep ringing and no one picks up!
HO admin people refuse to give the e mail id of any of the senior guys!
The internet tracker shows some strange codes which layman cannot understand by any stretch of imagination!
An email sent to the email ids mentioned in the website bounces

it looks like a big con show out there...pls ensure you have nothing to do with Professional couriers ever!

My Name is ANKA RAO TAMMISETTY, my friend(Srenivasulu Tanneru) was submitted a valuable letter in Professional Courier at NARASARO PET, GUNTOR Dt, ANDHARA PRADESH, INDAIA, 522601 on 16 Feb 2009-Consignment / Ref. No – NRT0310715.till now not yet delivered target place.I and My friend also complained more then 30 times and we both called all most 100 times. They are not responding...i lost the 53000/- because of this laze and irresponsibility.
How can i get this money from them? Else how i will give good treat for this incident.

Otherwise the same situation happens for others also.

Kindly…please…….kindly…. help me in this.

On 12/03/09 I had given the PROFESSIONAL COURIERS, GOWRAMMA COMPLEX, SUNKADAKATTE, BANGALORE-91 a courier containing 1GB USB device to be delivered to my relatives house in BANGALORE. The incharge person at the office collected the money and told me that the parcel will be delivered at the given address on 13/03/09.But they have delivered EMPTY PARCEL.THAT WAS NEATLY PACKED BY THEM. On
inquiring the incharge, she talked in a HARSH and RUDE manner and told us that they are not responsible.
few days later when I contacted the PROFESSIONAL COURIER office, the incharge told that she is willing to replace the USB and that i should come and collect the USB on 18/03/09. BUT when I went there she told that a particular person incharge is on leave and that i should come again the next day. I have been going to the PROFESSIONAL COURIER OFFICE everyday from 12/03/09, BUT each time she gives one reason or the other . SHE THREATENED ME saying that DO WHATEVER YOU CAN, BUT I WILL NOT REPLACE THE USB DEVICE. The USB device contained IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS that I
require urgently. even after telling them hundred times about the important documents in the USB DEVICE, they don't bother listening.I SUGGEST THE OTHER CONSUMERS THAT THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT THEY ARE ROBBING THE CONSUMERS IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.

i was recently offered a job at wipro bpo, subject to the production of certain documents in original at the time of joining, which was on the 16th of march 2009, at 9 a.m. sharp. the above said documents were despatched by my former employersfrom Aizawl, Mizoram via Professional Couriers, Consigment No.556127 dated 06/03/2009. in spite of this the documents failed to arrive on time( and i was consequently not allowed to report for work at the stipulated date ). furthermore the office of Professional couriers in Aizawl were not picking up my calls.

The document bearing consignment no. "441977" was booked at your Patna Office on 24/02/2009 and delivery address was
R K B Path, Dibrugarh (Assam). But it came to me as a shock and to my surprise at the highest level, that it has not been delivered till now.

1. On enquiring at the patna office, We were told to contact the delivery place as the document has been sent from here.
2. On Enquiring (personally) at the Dibrugarh office, We were told that it has not reached here, so enquire at patna or Gauhati office.
3. I have been trying to contact the Gauhati Office at "2733765" & "2733764", but these no.s are not in use.
4. On tracking at website, it says "Details of POD No: 441977 _is not updated in Manifest".

Please take some serious action against this company and help us to get our document.

2 covers with numbers ATP 0080038 and ATP 0080039 sent in name of Dr.N Venkata Krishna each weighing 1 kg from ananthpur to Wanaparthy on 5-3 05 with declared value of Rs.1000 each.On receiving the weight of covers was 0.5 kg each.Both the covers contained sarees.One saree was missing from each cover.
Once i inform to Professinal couriers in wanaparthy and Ananthpur they say that they would trace and give our articles back.But they feel no way responsible about it even after 2 days of complaint.i wish professional couriers would look into it and send my lost articles back

I have booked a shipment from oramangala, Banglore through Professional couriers.
I booked the courier on 23'rd Feb abd the concerned booking agent told me that the shipment will reach to destination by 25th Feb.
I am following with the customer care of professional couriers from 25th feb and they keep telling that we will find out and let you know.But till today the shipment not delivered and more over the customer care people are not in a position to locate and trace the current location of the shipment.I called many times to customer care, always they are telling some thing but still the shipment is not tracable.

I have given one cover consist of Document vide consignement no[protected] dt 23.1.09 to Professional courier at Mogappair subagent to Noida . Till today it is not delivered which is very important.

I have first called on 30.1.09 Nungumbakam Branch office Chennai (Professional couriers) phone no 66202199 they have promised to give me feedback after couple of hours but they failed. Again I called multiple times but they have not given proper response.

Today I have called again same office one Mr.Wajith Sr.Execitve spoke to me and he has refused to give me the manager number & he asked to give call to different number which is PADI branch. He said they have communicated the message to Padi office. When I have forced to give me message he said cover has reached NOIDA office from Chennai but it is not traceable at Noida.

Also he said there is no solution for this. I request you to guide.

I had booked a parcel thru The Professional Couriers, from Mumbai (Vasai W) to be delivered at New Delhi (Shivalik Enclave), on 18th Feb'09. As per the commitment given by Mr. Dilip Gandhi (person who collected the parcel) and Mr.Bhagywa Gharad (Manger - Vasai (W) operations) the consignment was suppose to get delivered on 19th Feb'09 itself but I regret to say that till now i.e. 21st Feb'09 - 13:00 Hrs I have no information about the parcel.

I called up Vasai Office on 20th Afternoon and spoke to Mr. Gharad, and he again assured that the consignment will get delivered by the evening, but nothing happened. I again called up Mr. Gharad at 20:30 Hrs who gave me few contact numbers of Mumbai & Delhi (all were wrong numbers). Later he never answered the phone.

I tried calling up Vasai (W) office again on 21st Morning, and to my surprise they even denied that their is any such docket number and disconnected the phone. I continuously tried calling the number but no one answered the phone. I kept on trying and after half-an-hour Mr. Gharad came on line and again shown his helplessness.

I am now following up with the Customer Service Centre (contact number[protected], who initially was not ready to log a complaint and were disconnecting the phone again and again. Later after calling several times, my complaint got registered (Complaint # 552) at 11:30 Hrs. The Customer service executive Ms. Salina was not ready to transfer the lines to Mr. Venkataraman - Administrative Manager and Mr. Eappen (Customer Service Manager), saying both of them are on leave today. She once again assured me that she would check the status and revert back to me in half an hour i.e. by 12 Noon. I again called up at 12:30 Hrs and yet again I was told she will revert back to me by 14:30 Hrs.

I am in a fix now as I am not getting any support from Customer Service, I am not even getting any status of my consignment... I paid an extra amount as I was assured that the parcel will be sent thru Air and will reach within 24hrs, but it now more than 72 Hrs and there is no clue of the consignment.

This delay has lead to disturbing mental peace and also financial loss.

I expect their should be a refund of the amount paid (Rs.350/-) towards courier charges (by Air). Also they should be penalised.

I was supposed to receive a consignment, containing movie CDs, from Delhi on 05 Feb 2009. On 06 Feb 2009 I visited Professional courrier, Visakhapatnam, and found to my surprise that they opened the consignment and viewing the movies. When I asked them regarding that unauthorised opening of consignment, they said that they were testing the consignment.

When I checked the authentication for opening consignments with Courrier Service Departments, it was found that, consignments can only be checked at the time of booking and no where else, until there is any special complaint.

Moreover, previously, I faced very very late delivery of consignments with the Professional Courrier, Service Branch, Visakhapatnam, even in case of medicines. I used to collect the consignments from their office instead of home delivery.

A courier was send on 09/02/2009 Professional courier office on MAK Building, Kottiyam, Kollam having consignment number 688735 and was to be delivered at Kazhakuttam, Trivandrum which is hardly 60 Km and has paid Rs 15 for the same. Its 09/02/2009 night and still i haven't received the courier. I could understand that they was a delay as it was a strike one day. I made atleast 20 - 25 calls across all their offices and finally found that it was at the kazhakuttam office and they were not bothered to be delivered at my home. When i insisted on the same the reply was that they can't deliver it and i had to collect it from their office or they would send the same back to the head office.
When they collect the courier they agree to deliver to the address but later do not turn up and this is not the first time that it happened to me.

We have sent a Courier through your Origin BOM/KUR/CR/CNBR thru your masjid-east Giriraj bldg office thru C/Note no, :[protected] dated 11.02.2009 to M/s. Vishal pipes ltd.-Ghaziabad-201002.

Still not delivered to the party, whereas assurance was given for next day delivery.

Document is very important to reach to the party on urgent basis.

Treat matter as most urgent & do the needful.

I booked a courier on 5th feb from Pune To Ranchi.Till date courier has not been delivered and it's also not updated on their site.When I called Customer Care, They din't respond well and even not able to tell my consignment's status.
This Is Unproffessional behaviour of Proffessional courier.

Kotak Securities had sent a courier having way bill No[protected] on 27/1/2009 from Mumbai to be delivered at my address 12C, DDA Flats, Pocket-2, Sc-6, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075. But the same is yet to be delivered to me even after 12 days today, i.e, 08 Feb 09.

Dear Sirs,
I had booked a package of passport photos to be submitted for my son's school application via Professional Couriers vide BLR38263247 on 28-Jan-2009 and the package has not yet been delivered to the destination as of today (03-Feb-2009).

Their call center says the package has reached the TOLICHOWKI branch and the person manning the TOLICHOWKI branch is not able to trace the package.

Similar kind of experience happened with DTDC and these guys also did the same.

Please advise on what should be done.
