One parcel has been sent to me in Gurgaon from Tamil Nadu & it was on urgent basis. The executive there, told that they will deliver on or end 03rd day. I waited till end of 04th day but not received the same. Even, there was no any type of leave/holidays in between these period.
I have tried to contact in Gurgaon office to know about the status on the number[protected] but after 8-9 times of call, one female picked my call. After that she kept my call on hold more than 15 min. Not only this, she asked the consignment number. I continued to wait for more than 15min to know my status but she did not reply even single.. I continues to say hello..hello but she was busy in talking with her colleague after keeping the receiver ON. I cut the call after 15-20min and tried several times later, but as usual no one picked the call. I don't know what I will do now. The parcel not yet delivered to me. Also it is now useless for bcz time has already passed.

This Professional courier is really UNPROFESSIONAL & frustrating. There executives have don't manner how to talk with customers.

Plz. be ware with this type of service providers.

The courier has been posted by State Bank of India, Bangalore to Cicon engineers pvt ltd., bangalore. Courier No.BLR[protected] /29.09.2010. But it delivered on 05.09.2010. How many days it will take to reach from bangalore to bangalore . Please take serious action for this.

Professional Courier - the most Un Profesional courier service that I have ever seen. I sent a document on 22nd Dec to Pune from Mumbai, till date it is not delivered and the website shows in Transit, the customer cre dosent respond on phone or email. - Maneesh Upreti

it is recommended to the public consumer that professional courier so unprofessional towards their service i my self have been victim of their poor service as they did not delivered my important parcel booked from durg to bareilly . for this i mailed my grievance to customer care as well as to head quarter oftice of this said unprofessional courier.

I sent the one important courier thru Marathahalli Bangalore Professional Couriers at 10th Aug 2011 to my parents in Tirunelveli, Almost 2days over still that courier is not yet received by my parents. Just i called the irresponsible customer care for lot of time at the end i got the call and i asked about the status they are telling my courier is taken only in 11th Aug only. even i mailed regarding this to Professional Couriers no one is responding. Please don't like this. shame on Professional Couriers. please Professional Couriers take the serious action to correct this types of mistake.
