[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Non delivery of parcel

A cover with docket no 7208442 dt 19/7/09 from Nagercoil was not delivered to me (Pondicherry) and returned to sender as NSP. I have been getting several courriers daily. How can this be returned NSP ( NO Specific Person) . I feel Professional Courriers has become unprofessional.

I'm feeling first time so unproffesional service from any courier. My father sent me an important document to me from Gaya on 22nd june. Agent on counter said that it will reaced to me on 23rd of june but till I have not got. My admit card for United Bank Exam is in that document and the exam is today, 28th of june. I'm going to miss my important exam and now I've decided to sue on professional courier. Although I called to their office and on 25th of june and they told taht I will be got my document on next day i.e. on 26th, again I called then on 26th when I've not got they told next day. But still I have not got. They talked their customer very unprofessionsly.

I am not received the parcelled courier.

My friend booked the courier from bengalore. the no of parcel is *B53795887*. it contains the book. i am having the exam on 11th of this month. plz arrange to locate the parcel and help me to get soon .

This is with regard to my courier which was booked from Delhi to Bangalore on 25th June 09. Docket NO DEL2318095.
I have been following up from 27th June onwards with your Bangalore office Customer Care :[protected], 22230459, 22247957
for receiving the same and till now i have not got a positive response. The tracking website does not pull any tracking details hence i called customer care.

Please find their response below -

Called on 26th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - Parcel will take 48 hours please check on 27th at 12:30pm.
Called on 27th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - Parcel is coming by surface some delay you will get it on Monday 29th June.
Called on 29th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - We are unable to get any details, it has not reached Bangalore please contact Delhi office.
Called on 30th June - Bangalore Customer Care Response - We can't track the same it has not arrived in Bangalore - u talk to Delhi office don't call us.

When my friend Jose contacted Delhi office, they say they can track it has been shipped and will be delivered on 29th June.

Delhi office says it has been shipped and you will receive the same by 30th June.Today is 1st July still no update anywhere.

As of now Bangalore Regional office does not have any details on my shipment and tracking and your website still does not pull any details.
Surprisingly Delhi office says they can see the details and item has been shipped.

Does it take 6 days for courier to reach from Delhi to Bangalore ?
Your offices do not know where the parcel is and are directing the customer from one city customer care to another city customer care.

I have never seen such lousy courier service in my life where your offices are not able to track the shipment yourself, forget the poor customer.

This is the worst courier service my packet del1216703 from delhi took 30 days to reach visakhapatnam

Above consignment was sent on 02.07.2009 to Hyderabad thru your sadashivnagar branch office, till date it has not reached the place and when we contacted your office at sadashivnagar, they informed that it has been returned and will reach us today.

While on the subject I would like to bring to your notice that whenever there is such clarificiation your staff is not responding quickly, moreover we don't get return call from your end. The only answer we get is "look into our website for clarification". I wonder having such vast business network your staff don't have outgoing call facitlity. For single clarification we have to call ten times .

Please take necessary action .

The Professional Couriers — Not Deliver the Parcel

Six Days Are Over, Till Date and Time I have not received the parcel that was send to me from Bangalore
through The Professional Couriers wide consignment No. BLR 26518374. as my opinion...VERY VERY THIRD CLASS COURIERS. No Telephone is Working, No Proper Response, and Very Surprising No Complete Address of Branch, Where Find Out ? I Request to All, Please Don`t Use the Services of The Professional Couriers.

I have a study material parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata. It is almost 8 days and the parcel is still not delivered. It is really unacceptable act when it comes to time. My c no. 29136597 and on enquiry for the parcel the concerned person is asking me to call after 10 min. This was not the 1st time that i called them for status of my cosignment.

a cover with docket no..[protected] dispatched on 25/8/09 from mumbai and reached bellary on 31 /8/09 and still not yet delivered to me when i ask they give silly reasons as door lock when my office was open in morning time and he also visited in morning time . when i went office just those guys dont respond . irr responsible behavior of courier management today its 2/9/09 still they dont respond

I GAVE ONE IMPORTANT PARSAL FOR MY PARENTS IN SHRIRAMPUR (MAHARASHTRA) TO PROFESSIONAL COURIER FOR DELIVERY ON 04th SEP 2009 PAYING 120/- FOR THE SERVICE WITH FULL RECEIPT NO- 5081185 WITH FULL ADDRESS AND PHONE NOMBER ALONG WITH MY ADDRESS. THEY GAVE ME CONFIRMING THE DELIVERY WITHIN 48hrs!
WHEN I CALL TO MY PARENTS THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COURIER TILL DATE I WENT TO PATHERDI FATA COURIER OFFICE WHERE I HAD PLACED THE ORDER TO ENQUIRE, AND TO MY SURPRISE TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL, NOBADY EVEN KNOWS THE STATUS OF THE PARCEL!!

ONLY AFTER I INFORMED THAN THE STATUS, DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE CAME UP WITH DIFFERENT STATUS! THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR IS HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE FORM UN (PROFESSIONAL) COURIER SERVICE. STEING ACTION SHOULD BE DEFINITELY TAKEN THIS PATHERDI FATA BRANCH OFFICE.
