My PF refund application form was submitted on 27.10.2008 through India Bulls Securities Ltd, Delhi (Ashok Vihar more, New Delhi-52) UNDER CODE NO: DL/33499/9229 Till date refund is not credited to my account.Pls let me know when it will be credited.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My last employer, Simem Janaksons Aqua Pvt Ltd (C-117 okhla industrial Area, Phase - 1 New Delhi - 110 020 ), had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner on 8th June 2009. The company's PF Code No. is
" JO-DL/23535/56 & SJA-DL/937033/4”


This is July 2009, and I'm yet to receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently stationed out Coimbatore tamil nadu, and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Nehru Place office.

Kindly let me know the balance amount in this accounts, which will be more helpfull

My PF request is pending since May 2008, during this time I got one letter from PF Dept. in April 2009 for asking Bank Confirmation letter or Photo ID Proof. I have send both to PF Dept. at baove address through Regd. AD and Speed post and same documents recd. at PF Dept. on 22nd April 2009.

I also booked request on www. pgportal.gov.in at Public Grievances and my REg. No.. is CEPFO/E/2009/03698 and as per his action taken report the matter is in process with above mention address since from 28th Apirl 2009.

Here I want action on my request and request for release my PF Amount as soon as earliest.

Marketing services Pvt. Limited, House no 637 third floor pocket C sector 8, Rohini under
REAL(Reliance engineering associated limited) for telecom project haryana..The PF deducted from my salary along with employeer share was deposited in your office for the period
Aug 2004 to Sept 2006 and for which I have already submit my request through Fairtech office on dated 29.03.07.But till date neither refund has been received by me nor any response from your office has been received.
So it is kindly requested to refund me the PF amount due in my account
