[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Online booking transaction error - No Support

i booked 3 tickets for "EK THA TIGER" ...using my debit card the money got deducted but i didnt get any information regarding tickets booking.. nd within 2 mins same ticket got alloted to someone else...this is seriously hell...it seems more like a scam...

HI. I booked tickets for 18/08/2012 for ek tha tiger on 14/08/2012, my ticket booking didnot completed but deductions from my card has been done .Kindly refund the same my card no.is [protected]

i booked a ticket on 14 august for ek tha tiger , my account was debited and no tickets I recieved . please refund my amount to my account of rs 344.

please do it on urgent basis .

Same problem, amount of >1000 deducted, tickets not booked. No way to contact pvr since thier landline number at pvr- saket never goes through, very stuck and family programme ruined. Its highly annoying to use the slow website, no way to direct customer issues or to connect with anyone at pvr. Simply terrible!!
What next, have no clue. I'm surprised PVR is doing well.

I HAD BOOK TICKETS ONLINE FOR THE SHOW "STUDENTS OF THE YEAR", "PVR OPULENT, GHAZIABAD". THE SITE IS SO DAM SLOW AND NON WORKING THAT THE AMOUNT OF " 1334.83" GOT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THE IT SHOWED TRANSACTION FAILURE"AND MY TICKETS DID NOT GET BOOK. I tried to book 4 tickets for the movie "Student of the Year" dated: 20 October 2012, show timing 21.55 at PVR Mahagun Metro Mall - Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

I made the payment through my Yes Bank Debit Card of Rs - 767.42 against the seat number M 14, M 15, M 16 and M 17.

The transaction was failed however I the amount was debited from my bank account.
Though I have written an e-mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com and [protected]@pvrcinemas.com (this one was given on the phone number[protected], but after seeing so many comments on this scandal I'm surprised. "Yes bank says that the merchant (PVR) would claim the money after 48 hrs" ... I have written the mail just now within 60 min of the transaction, So I guess PVR should not claim for it. And if they do.. should refund the amount within 7 days as told on the phone number[protected]

The last option could be "The Consumer Fouram".

I tried to book 6 tickets for the 18th Oct 09:00 AM show of "Cameraman Ganga tho Rambabu" at PVR Oberoi, Goregaon Mumbai.

I made the payment through my HDFC Credit card and tried for two times in vain. Each time an amount of Rs 588.54 was debited from my credit card.

The transaction was failed however I the amount was debited from my bank account.
Though I have written an e-mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com and [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. I have not got any clarification regarding the refund from customer support at PVR.

Can anyone kindly help me to get the refund.

PVR Cinemas — MOVIE TICKET AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT CONFIRMED

I have booked ticket through internet banking but the ticket not booked. Amount is deducted from my account. Customer care of PVR cinema not responding even after i am calling in [protected] several times. They say me that the amount will be back in 7 days. What about time value of money.

I just booked tickets for Life of Pi and faced a similar problem.
I did not get any message to my phone number nor an email confirmation about the purchase.
The money has been deducted in my account but there is no confirmation message (phone) or email ???

Can you please advise ?

I just booked 2 Tickets for the english movie "Mama" for today. After all the transaction was done, it said email sent after which the page went blank.

I have neither recieved a confirmation email nor any confirmation on my mobile.

Only thing that i got in my mobile is that amount is debited.

How do i get back my money for their so called sick service. Even their Contact Info will be helpful..

PVR Cinemas — double the money of required payment is deducted from my debit card

i have paid the amount through debit card the required amount to be paid is RS640 and double the money of that is deducted

PVR Customer service is bull ... No body responds to mail or call.
i dropped a mail to "[protected]@pvrcinemas.com" and called many times [protected], no one responds.

Booked 5tickets to chennai express.. NO tickets but the money was deducted!!

Same bitter experience with me too. These people are cheating like anything and are least bothered when in need of assistance.

PVR Cinemas — Amount is not reversed for Transactions Failure

Dear Concern,
It is shame on PVR Cinemas that for a small sum of money(383.71) they are neglecting their responsibilities.
It is going to be 15 days of this Issue and till now it has not been resolved. I am attaching image of particular mail for

i went to pvr ujjain at last night 10.15 pm show of movie "GUNDAY". at the counter the person said me that there is no any show played after 4.00 pm. of movie GUNDAY due to technical problem . was it any problem there or anything else...?
