[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — No option for cancellation

I booked two tickets for Amazing Spiderman movie at PVR Cinemas, Bangalore for 15.45 show on 8-July-12. As I was booking online movie ticket for the first time I booked Gold class seat which is very expensive at 750/- per ticket. After that I realized I should have booked Classic Class ticket which costs around 250/-. But when I tried to cancel the ticket & book for Classic option, there is no option to cancel the ticket in the website. One can view the booked status. This is absolute day light robbery by PVR. Nobody even picks up the phone numbers.

There should be an option for canelling the tickets. I have never come across any online ticket booking portal where in there is no option of cancellation. Consumer courts should take up this issue to drag PVR cinemas & make them fall inline

R.N.Vyas's response Straight away u must have filed a complaint in consumer forum with a min. expense of fee of Rs. 50/- ,thereby suing these rascal multi corporate hub... Being a spirited citizen of this nation it is your utmost duty to be aware o[censored]r rights i.r.o such fraud formulations....still u have time to have recourse to this unjust prejudice before the court of law,nd by this u can very well teach them a lesson..not only this,infact u can get a heafty compensation in lacs for teaching these fraud class a lesson..even u can chck this out on net or consult a plader i[censored] dont believe.Good Luck
