[Resolved] Railway — sewri harbour line station | |||
I J Dingankar had complaint several times orally & in writing to Sewri harbour line railway station (Present Complaint registered in complaint book at sewri station is No. 41) the complaint is regarding Smart Card Machines & its refilling system. Refilling of Smart Card is not done there past many months now, also Smart Card machines though two are kept but at only one ticket booking office, whereas at the other new office this machines are not there. Moreover these machines are not working & if at all one working, many times deduction of amount is there but PRINTING OF TICKET is not done, there is also no facility of issuing duplicate ticket in such a situation. When complained to the Dy.Station Manager he replied, that complaints are already forwarded to the higher authorities but no action is being taken from their side so they too are helpless. I therefore do request higher railway authorities to kindly look into the matter & do the needful to their passengers.
