[Resolved]  Railway Ticket — REFUND OF THE RAILWAY TICKET

DEAR, SIR/MADAM.

I TRY TO BOOKED A RAILWAY TICKET THROUGH INTERNET SBI DEBIT CARD. THE AMONUT WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THE TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED.THE DATE WAS 06/08/2009.
PLEASE CHECK AND TRY TO REFUND THE MONEY AS SOON AS POISSIBLE.

In ref to PNR no[protected], train no 5273 (Satyagrah express), we have booked one ticket from Mankapur to Bareilly and got waiting list no 50.The above said train is cancelled on dated 19.08.09.We have tried to cancel the ticket on railway station Mankapur but due to non availablity of timing alloted to Mankapur (8.00 AM to 4.00 PM), we are not be able to cancel the above said ticket.Kindly arrange to refund the amount RS 167.00 asap and inform us by mail.

In ref to PNR NO-[protected], transaction ID no-[protected], we have booked a ticket for two passengers (train no 5273 satyagrah express) journey date 19.08.09 . We got a information from station master Mankapur that the above said train is cancelled . We have tried to cancel the ticket with IRCTC site, but we have received a message that chart is prepared, hence cancellation is not possible.
It is not my fault. Hence kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

In ref to PNR NO-[protected], transaction ID no-[protected], we have booked a e-ticket for three passengers (train no 0403 DLI UHP SPECIAL) journey date 18/12/2009. The tickets were in waiting no. 12, 13 and 14 and in the end when the chart was prepared only one seat WL 12 was confirmed and rest was not and others traveled in general class.Beacuse it was e-ticket TT said it will be directly credited to your account but the it has not been credited i would appreciate if our Railways could do something.
