[Resolved]  Railways — OPERATION OF MMTS TRAINS

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am regularly commuting in MMTS train starting from Falaknuma to Lingampally since two years along with my colleagues and other employees of different software companies located at Hitechcity. During recent period there has been exorbitant increase in passengers traveling in these route, we find very difficult to board the train at Secunderabad and also due to sudden reduction of number of bogies from NINE TO SIX, where as the NAMPALLY TO LINGAMPALLY route, the bogies have increased to NINE FROM SIX. Since the the route of Falaknuma to Lingampally is longest compared to Nampally to Lingampally, we request you to operate NINE bogies atleast during peak hours ie morning three and evening three trips and also increase the frequency of trains by adding DHMU. We expect a favourable and immediate action in this regard.

I regret to inform you that your KHAIRATABAD Railway Station MMTS ticket counter staff are hopeless and worse to issue tickets.. always issuing delay ...most of the passengers were not taking tickets due to neglegance of ticket issueance.. Also note that today morning i renewed my monthly pass @ 550/- train-cum-bus pass ... due date is today i suppose to renew tomorrow monrning but advance i renewed but that gentlemen those who issuing tickets at Khairatabad Railway Station he renewed today onwards instead tomorrow, when i requested also not listening... such a lousy service...we are requesting to do tomorrow but no listening and may be not aware of this subject... Kindly arrange good young and dynamic person those who are having good knowlege in all aspects as Ganesh Ustav period. Kindly inspect the same and do the needful... Moreover Khairatabad Station maintenanfce is the worse... NO PROPER ANNOUNCEMENTS, NO PROPER TOILETS... NO CLEANING.. ONCE RAINY STARTS ALL DRAINAGE WATER COMES TO KHAIRATABAD STATION ITSELF... BAD SMELL DUE TO ADJACENT MUNICIPALITY GARRAIGE / DUMPING YARD... NO PROPER COMMUNICATION...WHETHER TRAIN IS IN TIME OR NOT?????? WHAT IS THE ROLE OF HYDERABAD / SECUNDERABAD DRMS... HI I am regularly commuting in MMTS train starting from lingampally to Lakdikapool., I would like to bring to your kind notice that today[protected] morning 9:10mmts(lingampally to Hyderabad)., mmts driver didn't stopped train in fathenagar station try to take some action on driver so that this type of mistakes will not be repeated
Hi, this is actually a request not a complaint.Iam an employee staying at secunderabad

and working in Hi tech city. As the office ends by 6pm we start at 6.5pm and reach hi

tec station at 6.10pm and falaknuma train which starts at 5.55pm from Lingampally

reach hi tec station at 6.8pm within 2 mins we miss the train daily. This is leading to

wait me for about 1 hour for next train which is at 7pm. This is faced by all my colleges

who stays beyond secundeerabad

I am regular commuter of MMTS train of Hyderabad-Lingampally.Please Increase the frequency of trips in the night time as if now there is only one service is running per hour .If we miss the train due to some reason we have to wait almost one hour for the next train.Please do the needful

I am reglularly commuting in MMTS train starting from Falaknuma to Lingampally. During Recent periods there has been Lot of Increase in Passengers travelling in this route. I Request Railway Authority to Increase the Frequency of MMTS of Lingampally-Falaknuma Route During the Peak times like from Evening 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. I Awfully Request Railway Management to Cancel the Matrubhoomi Ladies Special Train & Make it as General Train because of which lot of passengers are suffering by waiting hours of time in Platforms & Also The very next train in this route will be completely packed with Numerous Passengers as we don't find the space to board the train due to which passengers hate the Railways Management Authority. I Recommend the Railways Management to Add the GENTS Special Train During the Peak hrs instead. Please consider the Request on Top PRIORITY.
MMTS TRAIN DISPLAY BOARD TO BE KEPT OUT SIDE OF THE TRAIN ENTRY DOOR OF THE PASSENGERS.

I would like to inform you that Train Display at present only front side and back side. some time passengers read the front display train moving from standing place.

We request you to display board keep at out side of the passengers entry door.
Dear Sir,

I am a regular commuter in MMTS from Secunderabad to Hi-Tech City station and having 1st class pass. It is found that general ticket holders will also board in the first class compartment and there is no check at all a police constable will be there in the morning hours but of no use he will not do anything. A commuter take the 1st class ticket for his comfort and safe journey, if we didn't get place to sit and general class commuters occupy the seat then there is no use of purchasing a pass of Rs. 530.00 per month.

I request the concerned authorities to do the frequent checks during the peak hours in the morning as well as in the evening hrs.

Sir i have booked a e-ticket and pnr no is [protected] from icici gateway and my debit card is of Cosmos bank.I have cancelled a ticket on 21/2/2015 and also i have recd a mail for refund of Rs 570/- but yet not recd. From Viral

Today in the rush hours, Ticket issuing clerk at Huppuguda was talking on phone when the MMTS is arriving, she asks the passengers to come before half an hour to collect the ticket. This happens everyday. Please take some action on this.
I am regular commuter of mmts train since 2004. Trains running in the morning timings can provide 1 more train from lingampally 7.45 am or 8 . Please do needful. We are very much late to office
