[Resolved]  RCOM — Complain against reliance communication for deduct excess money for service which I never enjoy

Dear Sir,
I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 3 years back since there I recharge my connection so many times. But since it activated, they deducted my more than Rs 2000 for valu added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof. At last on 20 days before Rs 20 deducted for ipl massage but i can not activated that service.
They activated &deducted from my balance . when i complaint against that they told u get Rs20 refunded within 24hrs but till 15 days gone amount not added to my balance . for that i got mentally desturb & this is not firts time happend with me so many times happend with me . so now i decided to do complaint against them ...However, this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
My expectations are as below…
1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated .
2.For mentaly harrasment i wnat to charge them RS 100000.
3. Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
4. They should maintain proof for activating such services.
5. Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
6. Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
7. No value added services should allowed in prepaid connection as they deduct directly from their balance.
8. There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
9. Strong customer care service must required.

Reliance Communications — Unfair Balance Deduction and Activation after millions of Complaints

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that am a subscriber of Reliance Communication GSM number [protected] Delhi Telecom Circle. I have been using this fraud company i.e Reliance Communication for the last 2 years soon after its launch in Delhi. Recently am in kolkata and in Roaming.. But dont know whats wrong with Reliance, today 28.02.2011 when i about to check my mobile, I found, i have one flash message on my mobile which shows some Cricket World Cup ZimbabweCanada score updates alerts.. Soon i checked my balance and i found Rs 3 have already been deducted from my account.. I really got furious, I called their illiterate, arrogant customer care service. Miss Mandip picket the call and told me that my current balance deduction status is not updated Yet, so pls call after 20 minutes.. I followed and did called their Customer Care number after 25 minutes and this time Mr. Vijay Kumar told me that same thing which Mandip told me. I mean this is not the first time, I have gone through this kind of Serious mental agony and harassment, unfair deduction and Fraud attitude million times From Reliance Communication.. I mean what is Reliance Communication doing?? Why they charge and deduct customers hard earned money illegally.They are himself making their Reputation bad to worse..!! They should be teach a harsh lesson?? I want my 3 Rs Refund at any cost which they deducted from my account without my intimation and want to Deactivate the unknown pack which i dont know..!! Please Help me Out..Am not getting Serious commitment and Resolution from Reliance Communications.. Why they are doing this consistently to me?? Please Please Refund my balance..!! One day they really loose so many subscribers if they continue to do this Fraud thing and activation..! I have decided to launch a campaign now through Facebook, Orkut to not Switch to Reliance.. I dont want other decent and honest customers to face Mental harassment and many other Serious issues like me.. This is my worst experience till now, i want to tell the whole nation that please never ever opt for Reliance Communications Products.. They are a big Cheater, Liar..!! They really sucks your Hard Earned Balance..

reliance communications(RCOM) — non-recharge of

message came from the service provider on 24-02-11to provide 325min local talk timewith recharge of rs.105,but instead of giving the same they gave only rs.93 talk time to my mobile no.[protected] and after sevaral complaints they ae simply denying it. my email id. ku.[protected]@gmail.com

Reliance Communication — Activating unnecessary packs

Company activated a Daily cricket score pack on my cellphone which debited an amount of Rs 15 for activation. I didn't request for any such service still the services was activated and company kept on charging for last 4 days.

The day this sevices was activated I registered a complain in company's customer care and they assured to deactivate the service as well as waive charges if any. As a confirmation for this, I received a sms as well the very next day but there was no indication of reverting the charges cut earlier. Instead there was a cut of Rs 15 again the next day. As per the details I came to know from site, there is a daily deduction of Rs 5 for this service. Meantime, without any disruption, I continued to receive sms with cricket updates (which I can get from site as well, while sitting in office).


So next day again I call'd up the customer care to ask why the service is not deactivated and money being charged to my balance. Still the same answer from customer care, we deactivated your service now and money will be credited to your account back. One new thing happened here and a "Shayari" pack was activated by company on my cell and they deducted Rs. 10 for this as well. Customer care personnel accepted it a mistake and reverted the amount back to me. In case I didn't ask for it, they would've continued to cut daily deduction against "shayari" as well, which I don't a damn to.

Now again on day 4, there was a cut of Rs 5 for cricket pack and still no respite from idiotic customer care people. They are reluctant to deactivate service and not even want to revert the charges cut from my accounts.

Total till now:
First time activation>> Rs 15
Day1 (9th Mar till 12 Mar) >> Rs 5 * 4 = 20

Reliance — extra charges are being deducted from my balance

i am using reliance gsm service from 2 and half years. i took a plan of sms for a rental of 11 rs per month so that my new sms charges are 1 paise per sms. reliance company without informing me started to deduct 26 rs per month from my balance from approx 2 or 3 months.so i want my old plan back or company should fulfill my loss.

on 5th of april i made recharge of rs.100/- on which i got talk time of 88.60ps.at about in the evening i checked the bal on my cell i was shocked to get reply for balance only about forty rupees only to which i complained to reliance on *333and i was issued complained no[protected] and told through sms that complained will be resolved in 48 hours.on 6th april i got message that issue being resolved but to my surprises my amount has not reveresed in my account to which further icalled on *333 spoke to executive which call is also chargeable he told the issue is solved that the plan has been de activated but amount already deducted cannot be reversed i am still loser please help me out Thanks.

reliance gsm prepaid connection. — deducting money on caller tune or any extra services without knowing

my money is been deducted without my intemation .and its said the service has been activated and for deactivating u need to SMS and that cost 6 Rs that to is deducted if sms is send and the reason for which the SMS is send i.e to get the money back in account or talktime is not been given.

Our Mobile No. is [protected]. We had received a call at 4.00 pm yesterday for caller tune but we had disconnected the mobile. But after some time, we had received a message “YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS 30 FOR THE PERIOD OF 30 DAYS, TO UNSCRIBE SEND SMS TO UNSUB 1003 TO 155223”. We have also booked complaint with you call center to Mr. Subhas (198). We know better to software and never subscribe any ring tones. Also if we have not subscribed the caller tone then where is question for renew.

As per our discussion with your call center executive Mr. Subhas at 8.00 PM Yesterday, we will get our regund with in 24 hours but it has already passed 20 hours still refund is not credited.

We request you, please refund the Monday very urgently.

Since last few months I am facing much trouble with my service provider because many times, un-expected balance deduction happened and without any request from my side, some services has been activated on my above numbers like message and some movie massala.

I don't want these services at all and I want to deactivate all these unusable things.

reliance mobile connection — Arbitrary deduction of credit

Sir/Madam

I am holding reliance mobile connection no [protected] since last four years. During the month of April 2011 my credit amount deducted twice in 1st week of April and around 25 or 26 th of April again without asking any of the services from the service provider. The total amount deducted is around Rupees 60 to 70 proximately . I spoken twice on 26th and 27 th of April 2011 to the customer care executive regarding this deduction , but nothing has come out till today. It is a clear cheating to the consumer . Credit has been deducted without permission. Please do the needful to credit my debited amount and this embarrassment may not happen to the consumer in future.

Reliance Communication (ADAG) — more Value Added Charges deducted from Mobile prepaid account

I Bhargav K. Jani have mobile no. [protected] of Reliance Communication. since last 1 year i have facing problem with service provider of my mobile connection. They are deducted my account not per schedule of my Value Added Service but they are deduct my account balance three time in one month for the one VAS.
I have complain to help line 20 times in one year and i have also complain nodal officer one time but they have not provide me solution and problem is going on an on......... How much time i have to pay more?????????
my mobile no. is [protected]. every other day ring tones are activated on my cell, im really tired and frustrated with reliance...why do they loot innocent people. I have never activated any caller tunes or any value added services...i have even registered with Do Not Disturb but still they activate ringtones without my permission and then keep deducting money for ringtones...first 10 rs and then 30 rs. i feel like throwing away the cell now... its too much. every time i have to complaint on customer care..and still its not deactivated and my money is deducted. i request you to please take action, and do not activate any ringtones.

My connection has been inoperative for a period of more than three months now. I have been told that my connection has been de-activated because I have not paid my previous bills. The first default in the payment of the bill occurred in the month of April, 2011.

I would like to bring to your notice that the reason why the bill was unpaid for the month of April was because one of your sales representative Mr. Balwant, [protected] (mob.) did not deposit the cheque which I had duly handed over to him immediately after my bill for the month of April was due and sent over to me. When I tried to get in touch with Mr. Balwant, he first gave me false assurances and then eventually started evading the calls. As I realize the cheque has not been deposited and consequently the amount has not been deducted from account.

I tried contacting you customer care executives number of times, I in fact lodged the complaints twice, but it was absolutely ineffective and there was no proper action. My connection still remains deactivated.

Finally, I was assured by one of your customer care executives that I would be granted a waiver for my bill for the month of May and my services would be activated if I pay the pending bill for April. I have made the payment for the month of April on July 16, 2011 for a sum of Rs. 750/- But my connection has not been still activated.

I want my connection to be activated. Further, an action needs to be taken against your sales executive, as mentioned earlier, so that they do not fool around with your customers and bring disrepute and badwill to your organization.
