[Resolved] Regional Passport Office — Passport Status | |
Dear Mr. Shri B.Bala Bhaskar I.F.S Regional Passport Officer- Secunderabad, A.P. Sir, My mother had submitted her passport for PCC for New Zealand on[protected] in person at Secunderabad Office, still we have not received the passport back, the file number is M011957, when we enquired at the RPO we were informed still they have not received the Police Verification and we enquired at the concerned Police Station and the incharge at the Police Station informs us that they have despached the report on 26th of May 2008. Still when we check the status online it says OTHERS.. When we call or visit the passport office we are getting only one answer that still police verification is not received and we will get the passport in next 10 days. Now it is more than 45 days and still no news and the online status is "Others". Please I request your intervention to get our worries solved. Kind Regards Was this information helpful? | |

Respected sir,
It is very much dis appointing to see how people interact and respond to the common man in passport office, Chennai. Today, i have experienced it myself. I and my sister came to submit the proof of emergency for urgent passport requirement. They forwarded us to the second floor room no 4, to meet an officer named Murali. we have not even entered the room, and asked him whether the proof of emergency is sufficient enough, he just replied move out and come tomorrow. As we are coming from distant place, it would be difficult if they reject the proof which we asked him check. (he just spoke a single word, "move out") he replied that we are irritating him. then we left as my sister crying because of the way they showed negligence on us and irresponsibility to respond to the citizen.
we too were waiting outside to let her get back to normal after too much cry. Mean time, i came to register a complain to (Mr.K.S. Daulat Thameem, Deputy Passport Officer.) in his room, but the security asked us for recommendation card to let us in or appointment, we asked him we are there to register a complain. He told us to move to (Shri. K. Rukmangathan, Deputy Passport Officer). we met him and told everything, he again forwarded us back to Mr.K.S.Daulat. Then, The same officer (Murali, room no 4) came outside and asked the security to send us both out of the passport office (he said the reason as we are not the applicant). I was looking for higher officials than present in the office to register complain, but not able to meet any. we left very much anger because of the government officials treat people.
I wish you may take stringent action against this officer Murali(room no 4) for negligence, irresponsibility, irrespectful and lot more to be added, i have forwarded this mail to authorities of passport office in New Delhi and also to consumer court officials. The same is experienced even in the enquiry counter sir.
Expecting a good response from you sir, ( as that the action is taken against the concerned officer)

Even I am unable to retrieve my passport application details from any of the records of the RPO Bangalore online.I seriously need to understand whats going around as i am in urgent need of my new passport application status for my official work.My search with the File no.provided to me is not yeilding anything & that is really dissapointing.My police verification has also been done.

Regional Passport office — delay in issuance of passport
Hello,My file number is BNGB13095810. I had applied for passport on 19th june 2010. Its been 3 months and i am yet to recieve police verification. The public greivinace website is useless as i raised an SR and got no action. I already lost my job because of the delay. I beg you to please help me on this situation.

Regional Passport office — Passport not Received since March 2010
My Mother has applied for the passport on 3-3-2010. We are ex-servicemen there is no issue of in correct details being submitted.It is on their end that they have made the mistake by misplacing it.I have not recieved any show cause notice till now by post.Can you please take action on this.

i AM STAYING IN DUBAI AND WANT MY FAMILY TO JOIN ME HERE ON MY SPONSERSHIP.
BUT MY FAMILY DIDNT HAVE PASSPORT. AFTER MARRIAGE HER NAME IS CHANGED. SHE HAD GIVEN ADD IN NEWS PAPER ABOUT CHANGE OF NAME. AND HAVE PROOF OF THE SAME.
SHE HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS COMPLETED. AS HERE SCHOOLS ARE ALREDY STARTED IN APRIL I STILL NOT GET ADDMISSION FOR MY KIDS IN SCHOOL AS ALL SCHOOLS NEED PASSPORT COPIES FOR ADMISSION.

Regional Passport office — Still Passport Not Received

I have applied for Passport at Pune from last year June 2011
but still unable to get it. each & every activities has done Police Inquiry
also completed.
So many times i visited at Pune office but no result please tell
me what should i do.
Please cooperate it's very needful.
Please clarify me, when exactly police enqiry will be done? i.e. after applying the passport.
