Reliance ADA — mobile balance automatically deducted
sir ,My balance has been deducted by reliance mobile service providers .when i call them and complain that why this pack has been activated they talk very rudely and reply that is has been activated from costomers side not from the service side .few days before on 2nd april they deducted Rs 49 activating cricket mania pack and then today they again activated rs 49 activating news pack without my permission.this unethical way of earning money is not new for reliance service Providers. i[censored] could check i complained before also for the same problem but due to not enough responce taken from ur side i had to chance my number([protected]).now my working no is [protected] and i am fed up with tese type o[censored]nnecessary problems.
I sujjest these service providers be duely fined for the practices so that they do not repeat this type of activities in future.
please fine them 100 times my loss.if this continues i will now take the matter to the high court sueing the company

These replies are auto generated; don't bother with this, I have emailed them and they do not have the basic human decency to respond or collect their equipment.

I cannot believe that they are cheating they customers and using their pain for advertising.

In reality, they haven't even bothered to answer the dozen-or-so emails I sent them over the past two months, let alone *try* contact me.
They haven abandoned their equimpment at my house for over two months and don't seem to have basic human decency.

Reliance ADA — DISCONNECTION OF RELIANCE NETCONNECT

First Time reliance disconnected my connection without intimation.The reason is not using this connection.
Afterthat i was paying Rs 1103.00 to Reliance and activate the connection.Before 15-20 days i used this connection.Now it is disconnected once again without intimation.The reason is not using this connection.
You are requested to look into this matter as early as possible.

Reliance ADA — Want to get money of USB device
Dear Sir,I am very disapp pinted and harassed by services of Reliance Broad band. My Broadband net connection is working very slow for last 2 Months. I had to complaint after every 10 days to this company yet my net is not working.(I complaint 4 times with in 7 days)
I have my online job with MNC , so i have to go outside to use Netservices. (I mentally harassed by reliance)
So i took services from AIRTEL today, Now i want my money back with this company for USB instrument. But company is not giving back any money to me. Simply say you have to take this instrument we can not refund your money.
I talked many time with customer care of this company but every time they are not able to solve services problem.
Even i told them that it is my last call to reliance you just stooped my services today it self , so i will not pay any bill after 31 July 10.
But these people is say first i have to terminate my connection then he will terminate.
He is not giving any money back to me . It is this company fault ,who is not able to give your services to customer then customer do not want to use there services then they do not get back any instrument.
I have humble request to Consumer court kindly take very strict action against this company. So in future they can not cheat to any one in India.
My last talked with Mr.Vikas (30.07.2010) few minutes back in Reliance customer care , who could not give any reference number or any satisfactory answer to me for above issue.
