[Resolved]  Reliance ADA — Excessive and Fraudulent Bill of Amount Rs 19,000 in four days on new connection

I booked the Reliance Net Connect Broadband online on 18th March and received the mail from the same on 25th March stating that "Since i am a pre booking customer I will receive the pre booking benefits, then i got call from "Reliance Web Store, PVR Priya shopping complex, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi" for delivery of this Reliance Net Connect Broadband Data Card . I pay Rs 3500 for the data card there to the Sales Executive Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Kumar and also forward them the mail, which i receive from the reliance as a order confirmation. They activated the data card and promised me that I would received pre booking benefits i.e. first two month free unlimited data usage" starting from the same day i.e. on 8th April.

After using it for 4-5 days, I received a call from Reliance Net Connect Broadband Billing Branch, Mumbai on 13th March that I have an Outstanding Bill of Amount Rs 19, 000 and asking that How soon, I am going to pay the same amount. I immediately called to "Reliance web store, vasant vihar" and to sales executive Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Kumar and told them about this issue.

After checking from there end, they advice me to stop using the data card right away and i did the same. They told me there was some System update problem in Reliance and that's why I got this issue. They also promise me that this bill would be wave off soon and then i could start using this data card again.

In the mean while I also called and raise complaint at Customer Care (Reliance Net connect broadband), the customer care executive Mr. Pardeep told me that there was some system update problem in my billing account and he promised me that the whole billing amount would be wave off, since for me as a pre booking customer first two month is free unlimited data usage. He also promised me that the data card would be soon activated and then I could start using it again.

On 24th of March Reliance Web Store Guys (Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. kumar) called me again asking me to forward them the mail, which i receive from the reliance as a order confirmation. I did the same again. They told me again that they are in process for resolving this issue and the bill would be soon wave off .

On 27th of march I got the hard copy of the bill stating the same billing amount Rs, 19000. I start calling Reliance Web Store Guys and reliance customer care again and again, stating them the issue again and again.
On 1st of May, I visit the Reliance Web Store, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi again and ask them status about my issue. I was shocked to hear about their statement that “the Reliance Billing Department had Wave Off only Rs, 3000 some and I need to pay Rs 16, 000 something for the same”. Again after protesting there, the reliance web store guys told me that they are in communication with Reliance mumbai billing department, and the rest billed amount would be wave off soon.

From that day onwards, I got call daily from Reliance bill recovery agent asking and stressing me to pay the bill as soon as possible.
I am tired and afraid of calling reliance customer care and visiting Reliance Web Store, Vasant vihar, New Delhi. I am petrified and I am not able to concentrate on my rest life activities like job, home etc.

I am writing this mail in hope that something immediate and magical can happen form "Reliance ADA side" now and I can finally be release from this Oath, which they called as a “Reliance Net Connect Broadband”.

ACTUALLY THE DOWNLOADING SPEED OF THIS MODEM IS FLUCTUATED AND BECOME VERY POOR SOMETIME. I WANT TO KNOW THE ACTUAL DOWNLOADING SPEED. ALSO WHERE I CAN FIND MY USAGE DETAIL PLZ REPLY

I HAVE MY BIG TV CONNECTION AND MY SMART CARD NO:IS[protected].
BY MISTAKE, AT THE TIME OF MY RENEWAL OF BIG TV CONNECTION ON 05/10/2009, I HAVE PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS.1328 TWICE THROUGH MY FRIEND’S CREDIT CARD.

FOR REFUND OF THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF RS.1328 I HAVE GIVEN ABOUT 16 E-MAILS TO BIGTV CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO the Chennai nodal officer, FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS, I AM BEING INFORMED THAT THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF RS.1328 WILL BE REFUNDED.
SOFAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT AND WHENEVER I ASKED BIGTV CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE TELLING THAT “YOUR MATTER” IS WITH THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL DO IT.
EVEN AFTER NEARLY MORE THAN TWO MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY AMOUNT.
SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH BIGTV SET UP.
NOW THEY CLEVERLY STOPPED TO RESPOND TO MY RECENT E-MAILS.
PLEASE USE YOUR GOOD OFFICE FOR GETTING THE REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.
