Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

I am shanmugasundaram.K System administrator for equitas. We are having more 15 reliance aircards. By using this aircard i am not able to use 25port to any mail server. Finally we came to know all of the ip address segment which starts with 220.226.*.* was black listed by internet spam blockers. we are using fortigate firewall so it not allowing me to connect my mailserver. can you please rectify the issue as soon as possible.

we contact onr reliance executive but he is not responding properly.

I have been a great admirer of Mr.Anil Ambani and trusted his genuiness & concern for the customer.But the customer service I am recieving wonders me what's happening to this proclaimed giant of Mr.Ambani.Customer is being treated like a beggar.My phone ([protected]) was disconnected on 5th January, 2009 due to non-payment of charges for the upgradation of my handset.I was told that if I showed the receipt o[censored]pgradation then my bill would be adjusted.So, accordingly I showed the receipt(22019) in Nehru Place outlet of Rcom & was promised that my phone would be connected within 24-72 hours.But it has been more than 7 days & my phone is still disconnected.This happened the previous month also (in December) & on showing the receipt my phone was connected.So, I inquired about this in the nodal office of New Delhi and explained them about my present situation.I was asked to sent a fax of my receipt to Mr.Ashim Raj.I did that but didnot recieve any response.Everytime I call up the customer service, the representatives give me a tardy response.I am really disgusted & feel totally harrased by the neglient conduct of your people & tardy approach of the whole service delivery.It is a pity that such big organisation making so big claims publicly is a curse to the gullible customers. I trust you will take positive steps to resolve the issue.Hoping against hope. Regards

Main think is the one of custmoer care Person he pick the phone he is not a right person he talking like a very much rough he told me don' t call in the custmorecare center

i make the calll on *333 & talk with executive on the 7.49p.m. frm my number [protected].
i give you a call regarding the e-rcv recharge releted but the executive is not behave properly.
& not reply for my one more compain & i also make one quirey for the bal to 53670 not able to recive the reply from that.
your executive is not using the proper language & says that if i disconecct the call . you r not able to make again in future. & also using that word that i make the time pass on the call. this is not
the proper way to talk with customer. & He also dont know abt the *225 ivr. & also dont know that hw can customer check the sms balance. so poor executive. & your training also. so pls do make some actions again that person.

dear sir i have got sms from reliance at 30 dec 2008 time 10.05am sms was from this number[protected] sms was that special offer just for you recharge with rs. 95 and get life time validity within 72hrs. i recharged my mobile number at 30 dec 2008 time 11:33am after recharging it was
showing that your account has recharged up to 13 jan 2009 . it was not showing the validity as here
as given in sms now today date is 16/01/2009 my out going call is barred. i also compliant in customer care number *333 they was saying is that sms has not sent on this ( [protected]) number they tolled me if you want to challenge go to reliance web world . i also went there and compaint they did nt write my complain. due to i am complaining here. now my prolem should be solved. other wise i will have to file consumer forum.

I have requested so many times for the termination of fixed line number[protected], everytime I got a reply from customer care that Ist you pay the amonut then only your services will be terminated, all the time I requested for the bill as I have not recevied bill upto yesterday (four months I have not received bill). After several request (ex: one request no.8499956), yesterday we got the bill, that bill was of Rs. 1939.20 paise, even when all the services were already disconnected since three months. Due to busy schedule and not in a position to call daily for the same thing, today I paid the amount of Rs. 1940/ (receipt no. S[protected]. After that I requested to the customer care for the request of termination of fixed land line. Today also I got same reply that they can not terminate the phone till services will be resumed. As I am fed up with the services of Reliance, May I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DISCONNECT THE PHONE AND SEND SOMEBODY AT MY RESIDENCE SO THAT WE CAN DEPOSIT THE PHONE.
