Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

My phone no.[protected] attached to my broad band internet ID[protected] does not work most of the time although I am able to browse internet. Whenever I complain to the local operator, he does some thing at his end and the phone service resumes. But within one or two days the phone fails to work. I am disgusted with the repeated calls to the local operator complaining about the poor phone connection given along with my reliance broadband.

I accepted to have the phone connection only upon force and compulsion from the canvassing representative from Reliance. During this month ending February, I hardly made any call from the above number because whenever I try to make a call from this phone, it never worked.

Kindly look into the problem or disconnect my phone line from the internet line. I am forced to pay extra for the phone line which never worked.

My prepaid no is [protected], taken few days ago and got activated on the same day, was working fine for 2 days, but third day when called custcare they said no documents reached, when went to retailer said already sent, chek after 48 hours again, still same when called CC, but after a week i get back to retailer when all outgoing n incoming is barred he says submit document again, when done even same after 48 hrs, called distributor(Rajesh), he said sent check after 48 hrs, after 2 days called CC same, called channel patner said already sent, now the CC guys manujunath and bunti as he said himsel[censored]SES ALL THE ABUSING WORDS AND CUTS THE LINE, when called back to track who those guys are other CC guys say no records of call made whole week, no complaints recorded, this the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SUPPORT GUYS SPOILING THE WHOLE SERVICE INDUSTRY, and when asked to call the manager or supervisor call will be kept on hold for 30mins to 1 hr with no response last we need to cut the line, if possible (reliance) please track all calls made on 28Feb09 between 5:30pm till 6pm to Bangalore CC. I didnt expect this kind of service after taking reliance. I dont know what all customers of reliance might have heard from these two CC guys so cheap words they use while addressing customers still no action.

It is not a comment but a complaint against retal outlet at Muvattupuzha by name PADUVINGAK owned by Sajun P.B holding mobile [protected]. Attention invited to message from 52811 to [protected] vaild from[protected] CDMA data Modem. I have charge Rs.555/ at the outlet Paduvingal on 2009/02/17. The message shows only Rs.55 recharged and pauyable rs.555/- I contacted the retail shop they said they have delivered the amount to reliance and the computor is an evidence for this. I have contacted customer care. She is haviung no idea about FLEXI charging and data madem with her poorest form of north english. WHAT HAPPEND TO MY MONEY IS IT A CHEATING IS IT NECESSARY TO GO TO POLICE AGAINST RELAIANCE AND THE OUT LET U/S 420 IPC FOR CHEATING. Am using Reliance mobile from past 7 years. I never faced any issues, all the services are excellent.

When i transferred to pune, i got a new sim connection, when am checking the date in my mobile its showingas 03 year insted of 09. so for your sake i informed to that person regarding the date issue. at march 9th 2009 @ 3.45 pm. He is not responsing properly and also he immediately disconnect my call too.

Why am addressing this too your people, I don't want comments from others "reliance customer care is poor or worst customer care from others.

i am very irritating due to one of your customer do miss calls regularly at my relative number, and your user number is [protected] kindly check the matter and restrict him other wise i complain against him and also against service provider or you can give me all details about this user being i am very irritating about this concern, So kindly look into the matter and mail me regarding this.
