i make the calll on *333 but any time it will not connect, at any time it did not connect, many customers have a complain so i send a request so that u cac take a action & not reply for my one more compain & i also make one quirey for the bal to 53670 not able to recive the reply from that.
your executive is not using the proper language & says that if i disconecct the call . you r not able to make again in future. & also using that word that i make the time pass on the call. this is not
the proper way to talk with customer. & He also dont know abt the *225 ivr. & also dont know that hw can customer check the sms balance. so poor executive. & your training also. so pls do make some actions again that person.

my second complaint is on 30 march at 8 pm my account balance was 57 Rs and something paise but now at 11:00 pm my account balance is 3 Rs only by two or three min calls ...so please tell why this happen and also mistakenly i applied two tariff at same month...do u have any remedial action for this...

I am sasikumar from thalakudi near by tolgate, trichy district.i could not able to call another reliance no.last two days i could not able to make a call.i spoke to customer care members They told me.some network problem is going.after some time it will clear.but still it is not solved.pls kindly consider and get a good feedback from you.pls check your network systems.i really fed up for this kind of networks.try to help me to resolve this issue.

My name is Nikhil kumar gupta. i have bought a prepaid connection on 27/08/2007 in pune and my no. is [protected]. My connection has been barred without giving any prior notice and when I contacted customer care for this they have just said sorry for the Inconvenience, you need to resubmit the copy's of the original document. I have already submitted the copies of the original documents in reliance world aundh pune 4 months before and now I have again submitted the copy's of the documents. This is not the first time I am facing this problem, four months before I have faced the similar problem and that time also my connection has been barred without giving any prior notice. Today I went to the reliance world aundh for solve my issue but the customer care executive has suggest me to do complain by phone on this no. [protected]. when i called up in this no. then the customer care executive is told me to go to the reliance world. i have already visited reliance world 4 to 5 times. I am very frustrated with this service. reliance customer care people are useless. they just doing time pass in their offices. nobody is tooking this matter seriously because I am not the only customer who is facing this problem, but there are lots of customers who are also facing the similar problem. I don’t know who is responsible for this but I suffered a lot and thinking to take an airtel or any other connection. And in future I will never take any reliance prepaid or postpaid. and friends please do not take any reliance connection.

My data card No. is [protected]. I did recharge Rs.111 on 23.04.2009. I did not receive recharge confirmation and internet. So kindly solve this problem.
