Reliance — outgoing calls barred

Respected sir,

i am living in kolkata and i haven't any mobile. but 1 person is calling to my family members and talking with my reference and saying the wrong, false and flirt comments about me. The no. is "[protected]". Sir i and my family are very worry about this matter. so i want, that you find the number and give me the detail of this person (Name, address and City)

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected]. Outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of Rs 57 and validity upto 2021 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. The mobile has been purchased on march, 2009 and I've suffered from such problems for more than 5 times during this short period. I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

MY reliance sim card has been currupted.
It is displaying as SIM REJECTED.
Since today morning i am getting this problem.
I have very important numbers stored in my sim card.
Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

I have already submitt a complaint, but i didn't get any reply from you.
My mobile number is [protected] . I had a -ve balance in this number.Your customer care centre informed me that it is due to the subscibtion of certain options.I lost the number that they gave me to unsubscribe that option . So i want that number again .so please send me that number to unsubscribe that option as an e-mail to the id that is mentioned above([protected]@yahoo.com) or send me a SMS .
If there is any other option that may cause a -ve balance, please inform the number to unsuscribe that option through an e-mail . I want your immediate reply.

I have perchased cdma RIM [protected] on 29th may 2009.It's outgoing call stopped on 09st may 2009.I have complained on customer care but they can not solve thish problem.

maine reliance data card 3.1mbps kharida. jiska no. [protected] hai jisko maine sirf 8 hours use kiya our conection band ho gaya customer care per phone kiya to bill 4500 tak ho gaya tha jab ki maine plan 1500/- wala liya tha our mujhe reliance walo ne dhokhe se ye wala plan de diya tha. reliance mai kaam karne wale larke ka no. [protected] hai. jo ki mai ye bill bharne ke kabil nahi hoo. lucknow ke tulsi office mai gaya to mujhe sahi se baat nahi ki gayee our koi sahi sugesion nahi diya gaya.

Last one month freequently my my account has been deducted by your customer care without any notice. I request so many times to customer care they still the problem remain same. Yesterday they have deducted Rs. 20 and on 18th-May-2009, again they they deducted 20 rupees without given any notice .

Now a days my balance is -17(Negative).

Mere dwara dtd. 20-5-09 ko complent no. 98169242 se complent kiya tha ki mere smart no. [protected] ka outgoing no. [protected] me call karne par pichale 15 dino se reliance no. uplabdha nahi hai message ata hai lekin ye no. bsnl ka hai. iske bare me kai bar customer care me complent karane ke bad bhi nahi sudhar raha hai.

customer care me call karne par bhi koi sahi responce nahi milta hai. aap hi bataye mujhe ab kya karna chahiye

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] with lifetime validity connection incoming calls were barred. I have reffiled my account with of balance of 200 Rs. but my balance is showing in negative i.e. (Rs-19) and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime I called i got a response that all systems are down so they cannot see my balance history, I mean what kind customer care you are having I have never experienced this type of third class service they even don't how to talk with customers. Its been more than 2 weeks since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I have also send a mail but did not get any response. I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it. With Company like Reliance communication I have never expected this kind of service.

the reliance cdma c.care service is very wost.one day i make call to the c.care to ask about how i deactivate my callback tune.then the told me the rule & without saying they deactivate my C.Ctune.
am really puzall by this kind of service .my mobile no:-[protected] and i loged complain but no any
answer forwads to my no .(the ccr name is sumit)the person who do this.after than they bered my no to c.care the reliance.

the reliance is really good but the c.care is wost .

on 3rd June 2009, with respect to my phone no. [protected]. But to my utter surprise I have recd.
message from you that I have paid Rs.425/- by way of cheque.When I am paying the amount in cash why I am getting the message that the amount has been paid by cheque. It shows that the your local agent want to use my money for 3/4 days. the same thing was also done by M/s SHREEJI INFOCOMM YOUR ANOTHER DEALER. It is requested that you should instruct your dealer to stop this prectice
since it is a lose to you and it affect your co's. reputation.
