i have applied broadband connection for my home on 12.12.08 first they told me within 2 days i will get the connection but actually after 8 days they at my premises and they told that their is no network available. while applying for connection i paid 1684/- by cheque but till date reliance is not returned me my amount back. In future i never try to go with reliance

Reliance GSM engages small shops operating from cabins like betel shops to sell their SIM. These people are not amenable to any discipline. They are also not conversant with regulations involved in issue of new mobile phone connections. You get the phone activated immediately, the seller of the SIM and the distributor never submit your documents to the company. Your connection is ultimately disabled and you are asked to submit the documents again and again. The customer care service works just like trained parrots saying you have to submit the documents again. There is no grievance redressal mechanism. Even the customor care refuses to docket your complain and give a number as required under rules. Big company. You can not do anything about that. Just follow the dictates of the company or throw away the SIM switching over to another service provider.

The wrong procedures followed by Reliance GSM is dangerous for National Security. Activating the phone immediately to gain popularity and then discoonnecting the phone due to want of documents is a big help for terrorists. Terrorists do not want a connection for life. They just use the SIM for once to commit terrorist acts and then throw away the SIM. The Government should curb such practices immediately.

Reliance Communications — arbitrary disconnection of line

i had purchased a reliance mobile by submitting all the relevant documents like pan Card and Address proof but still under the pretext of incomplete documents my line was disconnected which has caused me very heavy losses . Some stern action should be taken against reliance mobile authorities for harassing common citizens

Reliance Communications — Bills for no service

The reason for the question is that my net connectio0n is not working since Friday 9th Jan, 2009. I called you guys on friday at around 10.00 p.m. and complaint teh same. The guy on the other end said that I will get a callback in 30 minutes. These 30 minutes did not end uptill 10:53 a.m. on Satuday so I called back and Jaishree the lady in customer service told me that tehre was no complaint registered. And then she gave me Complaint no. 85451314 and assured I will get a callback in 30 minutes. Again 5 hours went by. I called back at arounf 4.00 p.m. same day and had a word with Rizwan and one other person. Then I finally got a call from Technical deptt. Mr Gupta who asked me whether the 2 lights in the modem blinking. I answered to that, he said I will send an engineer by 6-6.30 p.m. saturday. I waited while day at home for the engineer again I am getting a call from the same person that engineer would not be able to make up today and will be tehre sunday morning by 10:00. Wow my saturday was wasted and sunday was about to be wasted. Still I kept my patience. Next day I waited till 12.00 and noone appeared. So I called back and then I got a call from one of your so called bloody engineer Vinod who says "Pata nahi engineer kab ayega". So I called back and talked to one of your supervisor Kaushal whco said he will check with the engineer why did he say so and call me back in 1 hour which never happen. So I called back in 2 hours (i.e. 6 p.m.) and had a word with Vinay supervisor on duty delighfully rude person getting paid for nothing and his supervisor M.D Malini who very surely commited that I will get a callback in 15-20 minutes and it is not 15-20 minutes till now i.e 11:54 a.m. Monday. And now they say that engineer will be there on Monday evening. So they want customer to stay abck at home for whole life. Now please reply are you going to rectify the error or taking your son of antena from my house so that I can get another service provider.
