i want to say that im a costomer of relaince prepaid, i have recharge from 27-11-08 rs 399.00 in which from my cell reliance to relince free cervice, but they dont want to give this facilities.

Reliance Communications — unusual deduction of prepaid balance.

I am not been updated by customer care, as they says documents not been submitted by me. and i had submitted the same om 3rd Nov, 2008 and as by their Raipur circle is not updating the same after many times approch, what should I do?

further, last week my balance been deducted completely and showing balance of 0.95 ps. only. on contact to Customer care, they says they are unable to say anything as the documents are not submitted.
