Reliance Communications — Fraudence in Lifetime scheme

I am Reliance Prepaid Mobile User & my Number is [protected].
I have recharged with Rs 999 lifetime scheme in the year 2005, Recently my number gone to suspension and after communicating with Customer-care they informed me that you have not recharged with Rs 200 in 6 months for that your number is barred.As per my knowledge their was no such information or condition of recharging in the scheme.
I have launched complain with the customer care against Policy and Also they have activated Cricket Pack for which i have no information after compalining for the same they had de-activated the scheme and reversed on Rs 5 whereas they had deducted Rs 20. For Cricket Pack they informed that u has to contact with in 3days. Now my question is this how the consumer will come to know about the company policy if the schemes activated by the fault of system/ technical error?
Kindly help or update what should i have to do.

I hadn't subscribe for 53030 service, which is FMIndial pack what is this i dont know. i never use it. but from the last three month they always cut Rs.30.00 from my balane for the sake of this service. please advise

My self Arvind Kushwaha I am from kanpur u.p. I changed my post paid Rim mobile into pre paid life time connection on 7th feb 2008 and receipt no is UP/KNPR/07-08/464109 but till today my no is not convert in to pre paid customer care told go to web world and web world says called customer care both side doesn't solve my problem and one more thing at present rim cell services include "find a friend" service in my no. with out taking my permission when ever i complained in customer care they told me firstly u convert your post paid no into pre paid no but Reliance is not solving my problem.
