My number is [protected], I had recharged the 195 rim - rim free plan on 7th dec 08, on 17th dec i found my balance in negative amt of 19 rs, then if i dial the cust care helpline nobody is picking up the calls... what should i do, nither i can call my relatives who are in need of me...i got trapped now i am going to charge case at consumer court...

It is bring to your attention that i purchased a gsm connection during dipawali festival season of life time rs 321 at Patna n i was assured to get the talktime of rs 153 on installment basis out of which defalt amt of rs 33 had been provided but after that not a single rs is provided to me . Customer service is worst as it alwaz in Bihar. Frm the past 2 months i am calling there but no action has been taken. It is a threat to customer which ables me to report TRAI if the rest of the amt of 2 months is not given to me soon.
Hence pls luk into the matter to avoid further disputes.

Reliance Communications — recharge done but account suspended

Dear Sir,
I am having a life time smart connection & recharged the same on date 14.12.2008 with Rs 96/-. But unfortunately, the connection first got invalidate and then today became suspended. I have also lodged customer complaint with customer care no [protected], but the same complaints are closed stating that the case reolved without taking my consent.

Reliance Communications — Original card not received

I have Relaince One Temporary card# [protected] 2 & i m using the same from last more than 6 months. But till date i have not got the original card. Once i visited at ur Reliance store in DT City Centre at Gurgaon & ask regarding same but i got one toll free no. [protected]. I called on this no. & given all the details but then also i have not received the card.

Also please provide me the user id and password so that I can access my memebership details online.

Today i'm trying to call once again on this no. but the call is disconnected automatically.

Can i know the status of my card.

Reliance Communications — bal deducted due to VAS 49 whether it wasn't activated by anyone

My name is Mohd. Aamir Khan, my moblie number is [protected],
a product was activated on my mobile (VAS 49) without my consent. It was activated from a long time with out of knowning,
so please have a look. Infact, I dont know any of the services of VAS 49. I came to know that it is activated on my mobile by a messege came on mobile for the renual of VAS 49, I ingnored that messege. But on 22.12.2008 my balance of Rs.49 have been deduct. Then I called in customer care for the deactivation of VAS 49, he told me the procedure & I deactivated it . But please see if any of my balance is refundable . Thanking you..
