Respected sir,
I was having a R.Com connection no.: [protected] which I had surrendered on dated 22nd fab 2009 by making full and final payment surrender request no. 89790861 at Kamla Nagar branch Delhi. But company now want from me to pay the bill for the period fab. till now Rs. 1,029(Rs. one thousand twenty nine only). For the past one week they are giving calls to pay the amount.Even Twice I gone personaly to the branch office but they said they forward my complaint to company but they don't taken any written complaint.
Kindly help me regarding this unwanted problam.

Reliance Communications — Disconnection of my cell 9376474082

My cell no [protected] is disconnected by the company for the verification of address and identity on 5th Aug. 2009 I have submitted thrice the required but company is still not taking any notice of that and till now my services are not resumed neither company is informing me about the status of verification. Both of its outlet better known as WEBWORLD and Customer Care are fail to tell me reason behind so long period of disconnection . I have also mailed its nodal officer at Ahenedabad but he also done nothing regading this . It get frustrating and humilliting for me day by day
I have no other way left exept Consumer Forum .
Kindly do the needful so that I can get justice and also compensation from company for this mental harassment

we bought more than 50 LG RD 3600 hand set for our staff in Kanchipuram-Tamilnadu, some of the sets were not working properly some minor problems. But the charger was total failure so we went to the LG service centre in Kanchipuram and found problem in the charger, then they replaced the charger, but this problem prevails even after we have changed the charger and once again the charger got repair, due to this charger problem i have to buy new charger for every three months which costs Rs: 180 (one hundred and eighty rupees), the cost of the set is Rs; 1600, i think the cost of the chargers i am buying will cross the hand set amount. pls produce good quality chargers or give me replacement for the chargers.

Reliance Communications — Do not Disturb Facility

I have opted for DND (Do Not Disturb ) facilty with reliance cell . Request Number : [protected] . Problem with the same is that they say this facility will get activated in 45 days which is quite ridicules as people opting this facility are already irate with the number of calls and SMS they receive per day. There should be some higher limit on how many marketing calls can be made to a customer cell number . Also if Reliance can give new connection in 2 days why it can not activate DND service on the cell in maximum 2 days .

Also some times when we receive a marketing call they are giving some free trail , even when we reject the free trail they activate the same on our phone and after few days when it is no longer free money gets deducted for the account .

Request you to take some action on the tele marketing scene on all telecommunication networks .

I have reliance electricity supply at my place. Unfortunately, we are facing power failure on a daily basis for the past 20 days for minimum 1-2 hours. The power failure occurs mainly at mid-night. The power comes back only after registering complaint with reliance CSR and after waiting more than 1 hour post registering complaint.

I have registered several complaint with Reliance customer service but to my suprise we haven't received any feedback from them.

I had discussion with reliance electric supervisor and he told me that the problem persist with FUSE failure. The cable is not capable enough to bear load spread across our colony. I am astonish that they are not taking any actions even after identifying the problem.

On this card this company activate any service automatically and deduct balance from A/c when we call at customer care. it shows always busy. if by chance call connect with them they answer that our system is down. and many more problems of this company. RELIANCE COMMUNICATION IS A VERY LOW GRADE COMPANY. SO MY SUGGESTION for all customers that don't use service of this cheaters
