I am an active customer of the corporate sim connection from reliance mobile.(Post paid). I want my communication address to be changed, I have inquired here in local about it but they are not dealing with corporate connection...kindly let me know about the procedure to be fallowed.

Reliance Communications — Against billing system

company repeatedly say that my credit limit is Rs 3400. Same is documented in my bill also but when i ask my credit limit through their toll free no they say 1700.Why such contradiction.I have given my e-mail for e-billing also but i havent received any e-bill so far nor i am getting printed bill

Reliance Mobile — dedecting my balance

my mobile no is [protected] and one day i found that a new caller tune installed on my mobile .
i have not given any request for caller tune and dedeucting my balance i am very much upset please help me that after my complaint my balance is not dedected without my prior permission

Prepaid Card — No network coverage in bibwewadi

hiii,i am swapnil
there is no network coverage in our society,that is poonam park society near bhagli hospital
as well as there is no network coverage in respected area surrounding our society campus
there are at least 40 to 50 airtel customers facing the network problem till last 2months in our society & society campus & the area near by,but no actions were taken by the airtel

I have reliance mobile with LIFETIME Validity (until year 2021)
I had recharged thru NETBanking Rs.200/- but got credit of Rs.0.02.
On discussing with RelianceCare, they say that for Rs.200/- I dont get credit, I only get validity extension.
I want my account to be credited by Rs.200/


the above thing happened with me as well..
They should tell us what is the talktime & validity before recharge.. This is a big loop hole in reliance.
