Reliance Communications — In Reference to Postpaid 440 plan

Dear Sir,
I am using reliance communications postpaid plan 440 (mob. No.[protected]) since Aug 2008. All calls to reliance mobile including smart GSM in Bihar was free in this plan. But, from 18 Aug they stopped free calls to smart mobiles without any intimations. My complaints are as follows:
1. No intimations by any mean to change the plan tariffs.
2. I made call to customer care after found unexpected unbilled amount but he assured me that there was no change in my tariff and everything will be cleared only after generation of bill. Company should take action against such executives.
3. After some time I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance smart mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also.
4. No prior intimation caused Rs. 3000. Extra unbilled amount. This is unnecessary burden on me.
5. In Postpaid Connection , Company can not change the plan, I have taken this connection because calling on smart numbers are free, but comapny has changed the plan and making charges on smart calling also,
6. I had word with Customer care Executive but No reliance executive has given satisfactory answer on this and always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.
7. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill there promise that made to customer.
8. Company should waive the amount that was charged without intimation.
Sir, my case may be considered properly so that I and other customers like me can get justice and company's cheating could stopped.

Reliance Communications — Rainbow offer without Subscribe

As the rainbow offer not subscribed by me on 10/10/09 but it was activated by your people at 11.08PM and deducted an amount of Rs.30/- from my balance. Immediately i send a message for UNSUB 1194 to 155223 (tollfree). Even though for that message an amount of Rs.2/- deducted from my balance.

Previously I lost Rs.66/- from my balance with out my knowledge.Thus your people deducting so much amounts from the customers. Therefore i request you to reimburse the above said amount of Rs32/- immediately.

Reliance Communications — continuously reduction of prepaid bill

i am using reliance service last five year .last one year i am very disturbe . reliance automatically start cricket pack on my mobile number all times they send sms on my number . and reduct my account balance from my mobile pre paid bill. i complain many times customer care but not resolve my problem . plz solve this problem .

Reliance Communications - Tariff Related — False Adverstisement

This is regards with a false advertisement stated by Reliance Communications in Times Of India on the front page dated Wednesday the 7th of October 2009. Reliance Communications the service provider for Reliance Mobiles CDMA has given a front page ad with regard to its new scheme launched of 50paise calling to all networks inclusive of STD and local calls on the above mentioned date.The advertisement has stated a comparitive statement between tariff charged by its rival service provider Airtel. It shows that Airtel charges Rs.50 as a monthly rental for such kind of scheme but they at Reliance Communications are not charging the monthly Rental as they have mentioned Rs. Nil in the Monthly rental column.

I being a Reliance customer contacted the Customer Helpline and enquired about the scheme on the very same day that is 7th October 2009, I was told that there exists a monthly rental of Rs.99/- or Rs.399/- for the mentioned scheme of 50 paise calling.

I would request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps. Such kind of falsifying advertisements mislead the customer and the general public at large.
