[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

Dear Sir,

I have booked a new internet connection from your vendor three weeks before . At the time of order taking the vendor says within 5working days connection will be estabilished . But now more than 14days is going i have not yet get connection. Now he cann't give a right date for connection and he says if i dont want connection i can withdraw the same like that your vendor suggesting me. What kind of service it is before taking connection. Mean time my cheque also cleared by Relaince.

let me give me the connection date.

Reliance Communications — Monthly subscription charges of Sports pack

There are some monthly packs given by mobile company according to request of costumers.
Unknowingly one sport pack of 30/- Rs per month charge was subscribed to my phone. So, I complained customer care to remove this facility from my mobile. they told ok we will remove it and after 24 Hour it will be remove completely from your phone.
every month i pay 30/- Rs and also say to costumer care to remove and they say same as previous they said.
But after the three month it was not removed, and I lost my 90 Rs (30 Rs each month).

This is a kind request you to return my charges and remove this facility completely.

I have Reliance Prepaid mobile. Find following list of Frauds :
1. Automatically activated Shayari Service and deducting 10 Rs. every 10 days.
2. Not deactivating Shayari service (which I never activated)
3. No reply of Complaints
4. Committed to reverse charges in 48 hours but no reply
5. In SMS written toll free no. but when you send SMS they deduct 2 Rs per SMS

In short overall problem is RELICANCE is CHOR Company and they have to start to bag instead of cheating people, they will make more money in bagging.

Friends please make unity and stop using this CHOR company's products.

Reliance Communications — Regarding VAS

I am the user of reliance prepaid in delhi circle, the company is subscribing me for their devotional pack automatically which i never subscribed & even last month on 31/8/2009, i online unsubscribed this pack with Ref no:[protected]. but this month the company again activated this pack & cut 30 Rs. when i contacted to the customer care they have refused to refund the money.

I make a call to customer service, Executive disconnect my call . I want to discuss him. If call drops, comsumer is calling any one . why money detect from their accounts. It happens twice in a day with me. They are not able to privide good service for consumers as per their adds in market. If call drop due to cionjuction.Money reduced from their account. It is bad for the company. Money must be detect after finish the call.Plz make a apppropriate rule for call droping and signal issues in India.

Reliance Communications — Caller Tuners and Rude (explicit) language threats from call center employee.

Few days back Reliance automatically activated caller tune services on my wife's mobile and set a very vulgar kind of tune on it, so all callers were quite astonished and ashamed. on finding about it, I deactivated thinking she may have inadvertently activated it by pressing some key on some promotional call, any way yesterday it again got activated with same tune. And this time mobile was at all times with me before activation and after. So today when i found out it was activated again, I deactivated again and called Customer Care regarding the issue, I selected English as my preferred language yet was connected to a guy who was speaking in Harayanavi. Since I understand the dialect, I went on with call, i tried to explain him my problem, but he kept on saying since caller tune is not activated i cannot do anything. I tried in vain to explain to him that it was my problem it is getting activated without any action on my side, but more i tried to explain more rude he got in end he threatened me that he would come to my home and [censored] me, my wife, my sister, my daughter and even my mother. I have already called on 100 and registered a complaint and I am going to file a complaint at Reliance head office too and will file an FIR to this effect also. Please guide me as to what else needs to be done, cause I cannot take the threat easily since I don;t know him and he has all my records, my number and address etc. as they all are available to them on computer.
