my mobile no. is [protected]. In the last 2 months Reliance communications has been deducting Rs 50/- (Total Rs 100/-). o
On enquiry with their web world in vasai I was informed by them
that the amount had been deducted towards devotiaonal songs subsription. I dont listen to devotional songs and how could i have subsrcibed to devotional songs.

please request reliance communciations to refund/credit the amount of Rs 100/- unauthorisedly deducted from my prepaid balance.

Reliance life time — Outgoing calls facility not available

My reliance mobile No. is [protected]. THere is no out going facility. I contacted reliace customer servie time and again. But of no use. every time it is told that from their side there is no problem. Please advise me what I have to do.

I am the new post paid customer of your company at PATNA Region .
I have received my First bill where amt.was charged against rim to rim and rim to smart also, where at the time of getting connection, MR.AMBIKA SARAN(MISHRA--Agent for Reliance Post Paid Connection, Contact No.[protected], at Patna Centre assured me to you will not be charged against rim to rim and rim to smart call.
He has charged security money but couldn't provide me the bill.
For the same I contacted M/s Arti (Customer care Executive--PATNA WEB WORLD--SP VERMA RD.)also didn't response properly.

Over all I am cheated here and MR.AMBIKA SARAN(MISHRA)Represent Reliance Communication making down the flag of the most prestigious comp.

Therefore I need urgent solution against my complain within 24 HR.
If I will not get solution within the said period I will have to move up for Legal ACTION.

Reliance Communication Ltd. Data Card Billing Charges : Advance Paid Not Refunded Or Adjusted — Advance paid of Rental not adjusted of my Data Card No. 09373529551

Dear,
I had paid advance rental for 12 months for my Reliance Data Card after 1.5 to 2 months I had changed my tariff plan from freedom to Platinum with unlimited access. After that the billing made by will not giving adjustments of previously paid advance rental for remaining 10 months is not adjusted. So I approached to the nodal officer but nothing is resolved. As per there statement there is no any cost for plan change at any time as per their rules and regulations and guidelines.
Kindly suggested how to solve this problem or solve the problem and get credited the amount to the tune of Rs. 8000/- and take appropriate actions against such mal practice of a Company and their official

I got a call from this number on my office phone and they lfet this number [protected]. When I called back a girl said that I have been her girl with messages. Then the brother saying that he has my number and would pay me a visit to sort me out.
THIS IS A PRANKSTER TRYING TO CAUSE TROUBLE. Please do something about this.

Reliance Communications — Inactivation of phone

I had purchased two phones bearing Nos. [protected] and [protected] in January 2008 after submitting required documents for the same. My phone no.[protected] is active but I fail to know that why my phone no.[protected] is NOT ACTIVE. On inquiring with the company I was told they have not received my documents, after that I had submitted by documents for 8 to 10 times at their various outlets. Latest I had submitted by documents at Reliance's Premchand House Office, at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad on 7th August, 2008. Even a person from Reliance had done personal verification at my place after that on 8th September, 2008. I have made many phone calls to their office and no positive reply is being given from their office. I hope your forum would help me out of this and oblige.

Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding my another prepaid mobile no [protected] i rechareged it via net banking from hdfc bank with Rs.200 date 21 OCT 2008 and i got 2paisa value and 30 days vailidity. While this mobile ALREADY HAS LIFE TIME VALIDITY.
First thing i was not aware about any such scheme and if i would have known then also there is no point to give 2paisa value as this 30days validity can never be in any customer's interest who already has life time validity in his mobile. Other telecom companies like Vodafone, Airtel, Idea, Tata i never faced this type of problem whenever i recharge my idea or airtel or any mobile phone with whatever amount of the companies i mentioned i always get full talk time as i have lifetime validity and that is sensible.
So now, please you let me know does it make any sense to give 30 days validity to the customer already having lifetime validity... or
this is a big question "IF ALL SCHEME ARE MADE IN CUSTOMERS' INTEREST OR IN COMPANY'S?

Reliance Communications — ONLINE Recharge failure after debiting money

i have done an online recharge for rs 111, money was debited from my account (icici bank), the detail about the transaction is given below but recharge has not been done

Reliance Communications — Recharge amount reclaimed

This is a ridiculous problem I ever faced in my life.

I did a recharge of Rs 496 for Reliance mobile. I used it for 1 day.
After one day I got a message that my account is in non-balance state. First I called reliance call center, they told me after 1 day some one reclaimed amount from your account. You have to go to Reliance web world for the details.
Next day I went to Reliance shop and informed about the problem. They told that Rs. 496 card service is not available in the market now. So it is reclaimed. I asked for my Rs. 500. Surprisingly They told that is also gone and Reliance will not return that.
Also customer care was so rude. They were simply misbehaving and talking like they have the right to cheat people.
One quote from that call center guys word:
"You paid thats why we took the money. We can not return now."
YOU ARE WRONG ON THIS LINE

I am a prepaid user of Reliance Mobile. My mobile number is [protected]. I used to think Reliance a very reliable company but i was wrong. On 29th of Oct. 2008 i got a message from Reliance that caller tune on has been subscribed on my mobile number, without my knowladge i never send any sms nor i tried to copy any caller tune, and they charged more than 25 Rs. for it.
Same thing happend with my two other friends on different date of same month.
Reliance is TRYING TO RECOVER THEIR LOSS IN MARKET by this unfair method.
I request to all of you who are facing this problem please contact me if could be possible because i am going to register a case of fraud on Reliance Communication.
I am going to take help of consumer forum.
You are requested to contact me as soon as possible.
Reliance will have to give us compansation.

Reliance Communications / Broadband Connection — Problem: Extra billing amount.

I have problem with my last billing amount from 23 sep - 23 oct 2008 which is Rs. 1651/-.

As i am using Rs. 450/- combo plan and have not used my fixed phone for any outgoing calls between 23 sep 2008 to till date. Even when i have checked with my phone for last unbilled amount then it tells round Rs. 85/-, while i am not using fixed phone for any outgoing calls. I am not understanding that how my last bill(from 23 sep 2008 - 23 oct 2008) has been generated and how it tells Rs. 85/- for my unbilled amount.

I am really in trouble with these charges.

I will not pay any amount for extra call charges because, I am not doing any call and your system generates my call garbaze billing. So due to inconvenience by your system I am facing trouble and I am not agree for your system generated call billing.
I have already complained for this and reference number is 78697073 and 78825314 and I am not satisfied with your solution as i have got from your Customer Care Department.

I am really surprised that if your system is fine, i have not made these calls and i am unkown to all these numbers(i.e. generated
with your system in my current bill like [protected], [protected] etc.) then how
your system has generated bills with these numbers. This is totally false
billing amount.

Please suggest me in this context.
