i am reliance GSM consumer from vadodara ,gujarat past six month onwards the R COM start activation o[censored]nwanted services on my mobile no and deduct charges without my consent which leads to me switch off the phone and decided for termination of connection and when be try to resolve the issue they don,t understand and not try to resolve the issue .R com also does not allow to register for DND and their tale-caller use to call from ten digit mobile no and if you attend that call they said you have activated the service

Reliance GSM — Regular Balance Deduction and Poor Service

I Am a reliance user since many years and my no. Is [protected] and This is a complain of regular unwanted balance deduction from my no. Every time i recharge immediately they deduct some of my balance with no reason and no confirmation message, like last time deducted my 20rs and after so much conversation with executive i got my balance refund and this time they are deducting daily an amount of rs5 and i tried to speak to customer care executive which was of no use they gave different excuse and told to call after 2hours and many a times they put my call on hold and in between they disconnected the call and this time they have crossed the limits, they have blocked my no. So i am unable to speak to customer care, than i reached to nearest relaince web world and complained about this all, they told me that we are unable to see if their is any balance deduction. So sir where to go and what to do, how much harrasment a customer can tolerate sir please help me as soon as possible. Sir please process this request as soon as possible.

This harsh words are for reliance which i am sorry to say-
A Beggar also begs and takes money, you should learn something from him he should be a inspiration for you.

when i recharge my mobile my balance has deducted automatically without any information.
my service provider's customer care number never respond. service provider is RELIANCE GSM SMART.
this problem is not only with me this problem with a lot of people. finally i want to say that they should to improve their customer care number.

After complaining about regular balance deduction i got a call from reliance communication on 09/09 that till now 28rs from my no. Has been deducted and he will refund it in 24hrs and there is no pack active on my no.
But i didnt got any refund of balance and balance deduction was also going on, so i spoke to reliance customer care executive on 11th about this matter so he made a excuse of system upgradation, than after more talk he misbehaved with me so i told him to transfer his call to his senior, at that time he disconnected the call without speaking anything. Than yesterday on 13th i visited to nearest reliance web world their he made a excuse i cant see anything about your no. So i cant help u in balance refund and when i told him about the misbehaviour of customer care executive and to lodge a complain against him than again he gave me an excuse that he can't take any complain on this matter and jst now when i spoke to customer care executive and told him about the call i received on 09/09 than he said when you got a call nothing was said to u about balance refund and 3 to 4 packs are active on my number.
Sir what to do of relaince and their executives which are only their to play with their customers. How should i find a solution to this problem?
If this time i didnt get a solution to my problem than i will do MNP and i will change all my reliance no. Which are

Reliance GSM Service — 20 Rs Deducted

This is 7th time again 20 rs deducted from my account, I am only registering complaints but nothing is happening actually. I have registered so many complaints & also requested several times to reliance gsm customer care without any prior notification dont deduct my account balance.

Reliance GSM Service — Unnecessary cutting money for sms service

i am having a reliance gsm SIM. on that for last 5 months i am trying to deactivate my sms services as i don't need that now. i have given several request to reliance customer care but still no action is been taken.for the last 5 month i am paying unnecessary money towards sms recharge as its automatic services which activate automatically every month.

please get a solution for that.

Reliance/GSM mobile service — Balance deduction

I am a customer of Reliance mobile (GSM service) my mobile no is [protected].I have registered national do not disturb service on 5th February 2012, my request number is [protected]. On 8th February 2012 my service provider deduct Rs:16 from my main balance without reason.After that i have contact with customer-care, they told me sorry sir we can see that the mentioned amount has been deduct from your main balance within 48 hours you will receive your said amount, they provide me a reference number[protected]. Till now i have not received my deduct amount. I am requesting to higher authority to resolve the matter.

As fast you can go to any mobile connection store and take change your provider through Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Service. If you don't then you deduction and unnecessary disturbance will continue. So Hurry. My dear friend was biggest sufferer.
