Reliance Healthwise Policy — non receipt of policy document &kit

we have reliance healthwise policy no.[protected],which renewed on[protected].in the name of mr. kishori lal sharma. but till date i have not recd. policy document & kit.many times we complained at customer care helpline no.39898282 & chatting at the website of comany abuot this matter last time ihave chating with miss neeta & mr.benjour dt.[protected] &[protected] respectively. my req no.862651. but till date no action . we also req. for mail those document at last time but we have not recd. any mail. we are totally frastated on this matter. we are again reuested to please take immediate actionon this matter. thanks

Reliance healthwise — non recipt of policy

Respected Sir/madam,

I have taken relaince healthwise insurance policy from an executive through phone. Payment is taken from my ABN Amro Credit Card no.[protected]. After that i have recieved an SMS on dt.26.05.06 for the information of my user ID & password.

But uptill now i have not recieved any document/identity card regarding this policy.

Personal — non-recipt of document

I was supposed to receive. an important document from Kolkata which was sent through speed post vide docket no. EW[protected]. It has been more than a week & i'm yet to rcv the same. This document is extremely important for me & I need to recieve it at the earliest. Please help. Have already given an application in the post office of New Delhi -110014.The address of delivery is P.P.Mishra H/O Naresh Kumar 178A Jeevan Nagar New Delhi -110014

Reliance Healthwise Policy — Super Critical

Refer my earlier complaint dated[protected], In spite of repeated reminders by Hospital Authorities to TPA M/s Medi Assist India Pvt. Ltd.for Pre-Authorisation and even after providing them the details as desired by them on[protected] by fax at 15-07 pm and Final Bill along with Discharge Summary today morning at 12-29 pm, their said approval was pending which forced me to make the cash payment on my own and get my son discharged from the Hospital.
The worst thing I felt was the attitude and working of the TPA. They either don't pick your calls or keep their phone lines engaged.This feedback was also supported by the hospital authorities that this TPA is not at all co-operative and instead of helping consumers who are already in trouble for medical reasons, they are harassed by such means.
If by any chance Anil Dhiru Bhai Ambani Group is not able to compete its product in the market atleast they should not enter into such malpractices affecting their consumers who by mistake trusted them for their hard times by paying their hard earned money or if the company is affected because of disputes of these two richest brothers, they should not throw their frustations on their consumers.
I would personally like to thank Mr Anil Dhiru Bhai Ambani for teaching me such a lesson.

Dear Sir,

I am very regret to say that I am not able check my policy details thwough web site since applying date. now it will become one year and my policy will be expired after few months. please give me the details i can check and renew my policy.
