Reliance mobile Services — Pre paid of Rs100 yesterday vanished Rs90 without calling

I have a Relance Mobile services Mobile no.[protected] pre-paid using Nokia Set. I have incomming free up to 2021. There are several times I charge and amount vanished without using.On January16.2010 I have cash Pre paid of Rs100 yesterday and this amount is vanished today and showed balance of Rs10 on today 17th Jan 2010 only without calling. This is happening several times either some body hacking or fault in Reliance. Please look into matter and convey me your opinion to me

Reliance Mobile — unnecessary charged for services

Reliance Mobile Service is deducting money from my mobile a/c for services like caller tune, sms jokes etc. against my willingness and without providing any information in detail about the service. It is also renewed with out my information and the money is deducted from my balance. As per the mentioned procedure to deactivate the service, I send UNSUB sms to the mentioned toll free number but none of them worked till date. My balance is in negative so that I cant even call any body. The customer care number is not available every time I tried to make a call. I want all my money to be refunded to my balance that has been deducted for services that I have been subscribed without my permission. I file a complaint against the service provider for the reason mentioned above.

Reliance mobile Services — Baseless deduction of balance

I am using reliance mobile for past 16 months and during this period there are lots of baseless deductions from my prepaid account balance. On calling customer care they give all baseless reasons for the deductions...it is as good as fraud....be careful reliance users....
