this is my fifth mail and i have updated my details three times...yhis is the last time i am informing you...
yes offcorse i recieved the chq...but with ur kindness that was not valid...
after that i sent u the mail and inform u on phone also...
so plz send that chq after confirming all things from ur side..

one thing i will tell u it is shame for reliance group...
icannot imagine that ur service will be that much poor...

now plz plz plz do the needful

do it as soon as possible..

I had applied for Reliance Power - IPO vide application no. 11242393. I was alloted 17 shares but not yet received the refund order for Rs. 18, 565/-. This is inspite of repeated follow-ups with your agency through mails. The new address has also been reflected in my demat account. Do you expect that once you apply for IPO, you should not change the address till all the dues are cleared. I had specifically informed that my address is changed still the duplicate cheque issued on my old address. This is highly unprofessional and ridiculous that investors have to go through such pains and still the refund is not issued for 6 months. Also, my application had MIRC code, why cant Karvy do an ECS to save the investors from such hardships.
I can also provide a mail trail to prove the co-ordination and hardships which I had to go through.
I am providing herewith my cell no +[protected] to resolve this issue asap.

I am vijay, i applied for DMAT account through reliance agent. I paid 500/- through check. The amount was debited from my a/c. But i didnt receive my DMAT account. It's all happen in 5months. Till now i didnt get any status of the dmat a/c. I didn't have application no. So reliance customer care says that you should have application id. Otherwise contact nearest branch where application was submitted. I didnt get address of particular branch. Because the agent came to office and picked my documents and check, he said dmat a/c will be get in 20-30 days. I waited for 3months. Then i made call to customer care. But no response from them. kindly look into this matter.
