Reliance Retails Ltd — Approach of Staff | |||
Dear Team Day before yesterday i.e. 14/04/2011 I approached Reliance Digital to buy a desktop. In spite of having such a big space and product rage you had hardly 4 desktops for display and when I asked your executive Mr Umendra Singh about other model , he said Reliance sells all the products bur as if now they do not have available stock.Which customer does not expect at least from Reliance as a corporate retail store. Still I finalise Accer Desktop and with the same person's advise I was diverted to My Finance desk for Finance option. The Lady from Bajaj Finance was very cooperative and attend me properly and thoroughly explained me the Finance process and I agrred for verification by Bajaj Finance. Next day that is 15/04/2011 , 11.30 AM verification got done and the case gor approved and so I went to the store on 16/04/2011 for final formalities. And at the time of payment same executive told me that he does not have stock for the same. And during discussion he was asking me that I should have informed him about the purchase. Which proves that he was not attentive on my first day visit otherwise if customer is asking for product details , price , bargaining Finance option and then finally Ok for verification , what else as a confirmation he was expecting. The Abhijit ( Supervisor) intervened and suggested me for Lenovo Desktop which was 2000/- costly and to give this option he took almost half an hour still I Okeyed that and when I asked to see the product It was not available for display. Though I feel when the alternate product was offered by the staff only it should be available at gowdown or in store. And just to have a look before purchasing ( Which customer ahs a right) again Mr Umendra Singh called me at 2 PM just to see the product. Still I gave them the option to show on net again these two people referred me to Some third person who could not show me and finally Reliance Digital lost one customer. I know for Reliance it does not matter but what I persoanlly feel being my self into service industry mouth publicity which affects badly. With my experince I will not recommend any body. So in Toto It may affect and as a genuine customer I advise that service should be like a small retail sore where none of the customer feels unattended. Where in Reliance though you have such a vast team half of the staff are always in chit chat which each other. So many customers come , see products and go just because no body attends them properly and finally such harsh conversation with customers. I feel the days are when customer used to be Sarve Sarva for the Shop Keeper. Was this information helpful? | |||
