I, KK Tamrakar from Jabalpur (MP), I am using M-[protected]. Your kind attention is invited to the reliance prepaid service. I am using reliance prepaid from last two years and very irritated with the current services of Reliance. Since last 6 months I found that reliance is automatically deducting money for the services which are not activated by me.
Recently I lodged a complaint vide No.[protected] for deduction of Rs.20/- (Two times) respectively on 20/21.5.11 & 29.05.11 from my account without my approval. This is not the first chance but before this during Feb. 11 & March 11 near about Rs.99/- has already been deducted on the name o[censored]nsubscribe pack. This is not the way, why you deduct money without my prior approval or without taking my consent. I did not applied for such type of pack. After making complaint in the customer care at Jabalpur, I presumed to note through sms on 31.5.11 as (1) HNGMAFT07 subscription Vas pack is charged correctly & (2) HNGMAFT07 subscription Vas pack has been deactivated. Why reliance is automatically deducting money against the services which are not activated by me. Why this nuisance has developed. It is a very shameful task. Reliance is a reputed organization showing a less standard, doing third class functioning and harassing those who have opted prepaid services of reliance. What do you know mean by adopting this process, first you have deducted the amount which ever you want and then sending sms like "thank you for visiting reliance outlet were you satisfied with your inter-action with our executive. Reply Yes OR No" what a joke, note my answer no, never not nanhi. I am totally unsatisfied with your prepaid services.
I hope that you will kindly look into the matter, respond me with a satisfactory answer, see thoroughly my complaint, arrange to refund the same and if you will not take any action then I will disconnect M-[protected] & request reliance customers to be alert in future as this organization is bogus & faulty.
