[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom — Unable to receive UPC code

Hello,

My Number is [protected], I am trying to make a Mobile Number Portability request from my reliance number to get my Unique Porting Code; but every time I got "Insufficient Balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for UPC but I had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. Today[protected] I have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. Now what to do? Should I complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

I want to change Reliance GSM service provider to the jio but after atleast 50 attempt i am not getting UPC code since 2 years Month evertime i am getting Error in reply as "This service unavailable to you"

Please Help me to get out of this Problem.
This kind of behaviour from the Service Provider increases the anger quotient and hosts a negetive advertisement toward the provider.

Reliance — does not receiving upc code

i have complaint to reliance custmer care manier times about not receving upc code from 1901
they always say that u should send a correct sms to 1900 , i always use to send sms i.e.
port [protected] to 1900 they says me i am not sending correct messages i have changed my tata cdma to airtel but there is not even a single problem to it but there is problem in reliance cdma kindly help regarding it some complaint no given by custmer care are :[protected],[protected],[protected]

I have received the call from the reliance customer care,[protected].. they said why u want to leave reliance... i said that i recharged with 3g pack but did not recd. the 3g speed as well as my number is not working in roaming, several times i have filed the complaints but no results... after that the customer care personnel said pls. give me 2 days more to solve the problems, but after 3 days my problems are still not solved. I really want to quit from reliance. please help me ...

I tried sending PORT sms from my number [protected] to 1900. but get insufficient balance SMS. Pls help
Same issue with me, First they reduced my balance from 135 to zero without any usage. and now when I am fed up with their tactics and want to go for MNP, they are blocking the message containing UPC. I am stuck with this Reliance number which is exhausting all my money. SInce every time I recharge it, after few days they delete my balance to zero without any calls being made.
Please help I want to get rid of these thieves(Reliance Communications).

Mr. Reliance if you not sent me the port UPC CODE in 24 hrs, I'll take strict action in consumer forum
