[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom — Unable to receive UPC code

Same issue I am also facing, not receiving UPC Code back after sending PORT message to 1900.
TRAI is not taking care of this issue?? Anyone tried to contact TRAI and escalating this issue? my num is - [protected]

They are phasing out their service. Port SMS are not being replied to and Customer Care doesn't pick up phone. We are in danger of loosing our numbers.

My Number is [protected], I am trying to make a Mobile Number Portability request from my reliance number to get my Unique Porting Code; but every time I got "Insufficient Balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for UPC but I had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. Today[protected] I have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. Now what to do? Should I complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

This could happen only in India.
Reliance Communications keeps on deducting balance whenever I recharge my number.
Now when I send SMS for porting, I am not receiving UPC but deducting charges alone.
Don't know who will take care of poor customer's grievances in crony capitalist country

I have sent PORT [protected] to 1900 many times since morning but i'm not getting the UPC code. I tried the other combination as well like "PORT[protected]" and only "PORT" to 1900... but experience was pathetic
Please act on this asap.

my number is [protected] i am sent a port request 4 times today & i also call to 1900 8 times but no response &
there is not received any UPC code till today.when i am called in customer care no "[protected]" the reply was hilarious it was like that "for some emergency we could not help you" oh that not funny as well if you are not able to help why you run customer care services.

I am from Tamil Nadu, my mobile number [protected], suddenly my reliance signal cut from 27th Oct 2017 to till now. Now I came to know that reliance had shutdown down all the network towers. I want my number. So provide me UPC code to change to other network service provider. Always my mobile showing emergency call. Without signal how can I get UPC code? Is there any alternate process to get UPC code?.

I am fed up with this reliance service due to unnecessarily reduction of my balance without any calls being made and as i am out of the city now, i am in need of another telecom service.
