[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — Unable to receive UPC code

Hello,

My Number is [protected], I am trying to make a Mobile Number Portability request from my reliance number to get my Unique Porting Code; but every time I got "Insufficient Balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for UPC but I had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. Today[protected] I have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. Now what to do? Should I complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

Seriously cost wise cheapest and service wise cheapest as well...
Anyone have any idea as to alternate approach to get the number working.
Is there anything like ombudsman or how to approach TRAI for the same?

i am usinng postpaid number still the reply msg insufficient message

If it shows "insufficient balance" while generating UPC, you can pay the outstanding amount and try again. Surely you will get the code. To check balance one can register @ https://myservices.relianceada.com/launchAMSS.do and get the balance as 198 is also not working for many. I also faced the same issue and finally got the UPC.

I want to MNP my reliance number as its shutting down its service in odisha. I have been trying to get the UPC code but i am not able to . Kindly help. The network is also not coming.

I tried calling *333, 198 and also from other network but didn't succeed, I am tried sending message to 1900 but it is showing error sending I tried many times.

im very triad becos i have not Recveing upc code this is my important Sim number [protected] & My number 15 years old & i will trey avery day but not receving & not provide upc code.i am sending "PORT NUMABR AND SEND TO 1900. if i send the number then this msg come to me "unable to connect to database" AGAIN AGAIN Sir plz KINDLY help me.

I have been using reliance no: [protected] for more than 5 years and it suddenly stopped working. I did not get any UPC code or port number too. My alternate number is [protected] and email address is shrayans.[protected]@gmail.com I need my number activated ASAP.
