I requested to cancel the following two data cards for Reliance.

They asked to pay my outstanding balance and provide a photocopy of ID and submit a letter for cancellation.
Now they have generated a new bill and say I still I have outstanding bills and I need to pay.
I don't understand how can I pay bill for connection which I requested for termination and which is not in use.
I have the proof of requesting termination too.

      My Reliance GSM prepaid mobile number is[protected]. On 23/11/2012, I un-subscribed Rs. 16/- pack for Facebook/Whatsapp. However, it keeps autorenewing every month and Rs. 16/- is deducted from account balance. Upon complaining, I was refunded in the month of Dec'12 & January '12. This month also my balance has been deducted. Reliance Communications is refusing to refund the wrongly charged amount. This is a repetitive deduction which leads to mental stress. This is not acceptable.

      Reliance Communication — Wrong deduction of charges

      Dear Madam/Sir,
      1. I had balance of Rs. 19.40ps till 24.10.2009.
      2. On receiving SMS from your end regarding recharging of Rs 48/- for SIMPLE scheme, i have recharged the card and the very next day I received an SMS that the balance is only Rs. 4.42ps.
      3. On registering a complaint, I was informed that Rs. 50/- have been debited for miss call alerts.
      4. I have not applied nor sent any SMS for miss call alerts. I have received an SMS for complimentary offer for miss call alerts free for 30 days, but I have not replied to that SMS also. The msg 51234_[protected].vmg clearly states that "it is a free complimentary offer for 30 days".
      5. Inspite of that I fail to understand why the Company has charged me Rs. 50/-.
      6. I am attaching the msgs herewith received from your end.
      7. I request you to pls refund the amount else I will have to take the matter to CONSUMER COURT.

          i have recharged in my No - [protected] - rs 50 if any reason i have not consumed in my balance after 1 month my no are suspended but are again recharge in 21/02/2013 in amt 50 rs but my services are discontinued . but reliance are rule 6 month recharge at least rs 200/- compulsory

              Network barred on my reliance gsm sim since last 3 days. In spite of several requests through phone, mails and personal visit no steps taken. every time I call the customer care executives give random and false estimates of the time by which problem will be resolved. On tuesday night they said it will be resolved by midnight, on wednesday morning they claimed by 1 pm it should be fine, Thursday morning they claimed by 12pm and thursday night they said it will be resolved by friday morning. unsatisfactory services and sheer harassment. Unable to make any calls despite sufficient balance.

                I recharged my Reliance number ([protected]) with MBBP101 (6GB 2G data for 28 days @ Rs.101) 8-10 days back (don't remember exact date). Unfortunately, on 20.02.2012, Internet suddenly stopped working. After several attempts, when I checked the available balance, h found it to be Re.0.04 only. Now, being 2G, the average speed is barely 15kbps maximum. Even if I keep my keep using Internet 24 hours a day, I won't consume more than 2 GB in 8-10 days. As per my usage pattern, I have NOT CONSUMED more than 100-150 MB out of the available 6GB quota. I dropped a mail to Reliance ([protected]@relianceada.com) regarding the same but I had no reply from them.

                Being helpless, I had to rechage the number again with MBBP14 (250 MB 2G data for 3 days @ Rs.14) on same day. Again after about 2 hours o[censored]sage, Internet stopped working. Again I found the balance to be Re.0.04. I again dropped a mail to Reliance and again no reply.

                I again recharged the number on same day, this time with Rs.255 (1GB 3G data for 30 days). First thing, I DID NOT get 3G speeds, despite my SIM is 3G activated. The dialer software confirms this. The speed was again lowly max 15 kbps. Secondly, Internet stopped working again. I checked the balance again found it to be zero.

                Last month also, Reliance had activated some VAS on my number without my knowledge and deducted Rs.30 from my balance. I dropped a mail to Reliance that time. I got a mail from Reliance saying "Sorry for inconvenience. Your balance will be refunded". I never got that balance back.

                Some noteworty points - I use the SIM for Internet only and never for calling, Secondly, I use the SIM in a 3G data-card and not on phone. And there are no VAS activated on number as my knowledge. If Reliance has again activated some VAS without my knowledge, I am aware of it.

                During the past 1 month, I have not made even a single call from my Reliance number. You can have call records from Reliance for confirmation. I have proof of all the payments with me, in case you need them.

                Kindly look in to the matter and penalize Reliance as applicabe under Law in addition to arranging crediting balance back into my account.

                Reliance — continuous deduction of balance

                sir i m a reliance customer my number is [protected].sir the day i opted reliance from that day, everyday balance is being deducted from my account, every time i make complaints to reliance customer care but i get no benefit from there even i talk to sr.department many times, but i don't get any specific solution of my complaints i m very much frustrated with this kind of a behaviour from reliance customer care.sir at the time of my purchase to rim mobile many of my friends advised me not to purchase rim handset because they were aware of the behaviour of reliance customer care as they deduct a lot of money from customers balance and when you will complain they will not do anything regarding your complain they are very irresponsible,but denying suggestions from everybody i opted for rim and after opting i get the result within two days itself when balance deduction started from my account and its going on everyday.
                sir if this wiil continue then at last i have to quit reliance and i will never again opt for it neither i will give anyone suggestion to opt reliance.
                sir everyday i m talking to reliance customer care 2-3 times but i m not getting any result then at last i have came to u for a specific solution.
                sir i m complaining for a same pack everyday that is mantra pack every time, relaince customer care says that its being deactivated from your account but the next day again its get active and my balance being deducted.

                Reliance — balance drop

                Reliance says they do not have details more then 15 days so if any balance drop they will not refund and not check.

                I checkd my balance after 1 month when I complained they told we will refund after one week they told we do not have record.

                    I had applied for a Reliance Wreless boradband Data Card on 26th Jan 2013, CAF No: 38 and paid a cheque in favour of Winning Edge of Rs 1299, HDFC Bank, Cheque No: 327114 to Mr. Philip Bhosale(Emp ID: PURL-040)which got cleared on 1st Feb'13. I haven't received the product yet and just verification call have been done till now. Yesterday i was told from Mumbai No:[protected] that my card is being activated. I have tried the no.s provided to me but those are either not working or unanswered.

                    Request reliance guys to look into this matter seriously as I have lost faith in this company and will not purchase any product from Reliance.

                    Reliance Broadband — Not Received the product

                    I am not happy with the services promised by Reliance Data Card.

                    On Friday afternoon I made the online payment for the New Data Card Connection and executive confirmed that I will be getting the same by Saturday between 10 to 2 PM.

                    Till today Sunday 13th April 2009 1:40 PM I hadn’t got any response from your concerned department.

                    However whenever I was trying to track the inventory of my card, executives are saying they are submitting the request to concerned department and still no calls received.

                    This makes me and my sit at home because we are afraid that executive can come at time.

                    I don’t think so that quality of service assurance Reliance is known for.

                        i bought a reliance datacard for rs1600 1 year back. they told me initially that i will be supplied wit 512kbps speed.but instead there was no connection most of the days. and sometime i got 1kbps-2kbps speed. i regretted why i opted for this.i could not surf.i complained them many times but with no result.then i wanted to terminate the connection.they billed me around rs 1000.now they are harassing me since i didnot pay the bill. i want my rs 1600 back. they made a fool out of me. please help :(

                        This is to inform you that reliance netconnect has sent me a bill of rs 140000 which i have not used and when i got in touch regarding the bill they said its a correct bill and nothing can be done about that and after some days i got a call from collection of reliance stating that if you make a payment of rs 1000 we will take it as final payment and no further bill will be sent to you. I paid rs 1000 and for which i got the receipt for the same.

                        Also to inform you that reliance has been disconnected as reliance has been sending me bill of huge amount for data which i have not used and they still sending me the bill continuously and on top of that they are sending the collection agent to my billing address and threatning people at home as i cannot be there all the time as i am working.

                        They are mentally torturing us and harrasing with no reason i tried to contact reliance netconnect customer service for the same and they are rude and always say that they will call us back with the resolution but they never call me back and keep on sending me the bills every month and keep sending collection agent to home also.

                        Please look into the issue and help me in this matter. Your co-operation is highly appreciated.

                        I had a Reliance GSM postpaid mobile number (not data card number) [protected].

                        I paid all dues and wanted to convert that to prepaid number. I gave all proofs, photo and filled form to Reliance, Kharghar.

                        I talked to 59059 after a week and confirmed all my details. I was told that after two hours number will be converted to prepaid.

                        After confirmation from Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Reliance office last week that it has been converted to prepaid mobile no. I charged it with Rs.30/-.

                        Now am unable to use the mobile number. When I visited Reliance Kharghar, net was not working there on 11th and 12th June. They asked me to call 198. When I called 198, they said number is being shown as "datacard" number which is actually not. They then asked me to call *355.

                        When I called *355, I was told they cannot solve the problem and call *333.

                        When I called *333, I was told to visit a gallery.

                        Now my question is why should I visit a gallery when there is no fault from side. Its absolute harassment.

                        It is the absolute responsibility of Reliance to solve the issue.

                          I have a prepaid reliance GSM service, and was quite satisfied with their services till recently.

                          On last 7th February 2013, I subscribed for GPRS services with a recharge of 47 Rs. Before getting the subscription, I checked their website and it mentioned clearly that a recharge of Rs 47 will be valid for 30 days.

                          However, today (on 20th February 2013), when I used GPRS, they deducted Rs 100 from my prepaid balance.

                          When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the plan validity was reduced to 10 days w.e.f. 25th January 2013. I asked them why they did not update their website until 7th Feb, and they replied that the website was not their responsibility !!!

                          Somebody please tell me, if maintaining the website is not a company's responsibility, then whose responsibility is it ??

                          I have had a good relation with Reliance Communications, but this event has forced me to change my views. I think Reliance is misguiding their consumers by not updating their website with correct information on time, and in this way, they are cheating their customers.

                          I will never use any more of their services nor will recommend them to any of my contacts.

                            I have disconnected by reliance broadband connection twice twice complaint no #[protected] & #[protected] and even made a last payment of Rs. 1130 and am still recieving harassment calls from reliance asking for payments again. This connection has not been used for several months and the harrasment still goes on saying that mbill is again due when i dont use the connection at all. Reliance is a bunch of cheats and goondas .

                            Need someone to help us out of this

                              For the last three month I am trying to deactivate SMS 39 pack which is activated in my phone, but not able to do so.
                              I have complained so many times in the phone call to the customer care and also got the confirmation that this sms pack 39 has been deactivated, but still every month it is getting renewed, and Rs. 39 is getting deducted from my account.
                              Kindly deactivate it soon and credit the amount which is getting deducted due to negligence.

                                I'm using Freedom 999 plan which is supposed to provide me 12mbps till 25gb o[censored]sage, and then 1mbps.
                                During the entire day from around 10 am to 11pm, i get speed of around 1mbps and ping is stuck at 225ms, and from the 11pm-10am, i get the desired speed and ping is 30ms.
                                Complaints made to the customer care since the last 3 months have been of no use. They simply do not want to do anything about this, and are just interested in taking the monthly payments from me.

                                Kindly provide help regarding this issue.

                                  Reliance Communication GSM — refund of money

                                  I have made a call to customer care thrice a week for my refund for wrong deduction

                                  Speaking with customer care officer is like hitting head on stone.
                                  On my mobile different services are getting activated without any knowing.Charging 30 Rs.&
                                  when i asked to customer care officer(mr.ramesh) that how different services get activated? they are saying
                                  that you have activated sevice . the officer assured that ur health pack service will get deactivate within 2 days but it continued and carry-forward to the subsequent month and again another 30 rs deduction . it just pissed me off... i wonder was that a customer care or a customer torture center

                                  rim has wrongly deducted balance from my a/c it happen every month. the customer care tells that u used the rworld but it is impossible to me to use the rworld because i don't have rworld setting and gprs setting.this is happen evary month.they activated cricket pack,joks pack etc and if they activate thes pack they din't give any msg and they didn't send the msg ok pack like if they activated the cricket pack then they din't send any msg ok cricket or any think. but it is totally wrong deduction of money. i complend every time and i also tell the customer care persion they toll, sir system is showing. plz helped me

                                    Hi,
                                    My name is Pramita and i had a reliance post paid connection numbered[protected].
                                    On 31 of October 2012 , i visited the nearest Reliance Web World and asked them to Terminate this number.
                                    They said i need to pay Rs.846 and after that they will terminate the number. So i paid this amount using a credit card.
                                    Then i confirmed that the number is terminated with the person who was sitting in the Customer Care. That guy showed me on his system that the number is already in terminated state and i will not be getting any more bills. I asked for receipt or some proof but he said that is not required, so i came back thinking that the work is done. But after some days i started getting calls that i have a pending bill Rs.1041. I just explained them that i had already terminated the number and the number is not in use. But now they have sent legal notice to give Rs.1041.

                                    Please help me in this regard. When i visited the Reliance Web World today to clarify, there were many people with the same issue.
                                    They are not ready to listen anything.
                                    Please do something about this. It is very disturbing to get calls and notices.

                                    MOBILE BILL — mobile bills

                                    Dear sir,
                                    i am Gadhadhar Pnada, i am your Vodafone user, i have a big issue regarding the billig as per vodafone my outstanding is more than Rs.9000/ The amount which showing on the bill is not acceptable at all .

                                    As per Telephonic conversation with Mr.Shubhankar Sarkar at custmuar care . i was told that ISD call has beem made from the number, i am denying that I have never made any ISD call at all.


                                    Kindly look into the matter, plaese take it seriosly as i might louge a big compalin on this matter. We have naver made any ISD Call.

                                      My Reliance Number([protected]) service is barred and when I talk to customer-care they are asking for Documents.But have already submitted the document at the time of Connection purchaged. ANd I also received a address verification call from reliance at that time.So why they are asking for Documents again and again,why should I go for Customer care all the time. At least reliance should inform me regarding this but they din't and stopped the services of my number...
