dear sir please deactivevate all service which are activated in my mobile because i dnt want dat service . i wnted to contact to customer care bt there is no responce, and there no option to deactivate dat service which i dnt wnt and always deduction is going on so please help me

SIMILARLY JUST A MONTH BACK. CRICKET PACK ACTIVATED. CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE. BUT THIS TIME COULD NOT TALK WITH ANY O[censored]R REPRESENTATIVE. FOLLOWED PRERECORDED INSTRUCTION. STILL NOT SOLVED. NOT RECHARGING FROM ONE MONTH.

WHY A CUSTOMER MAY NOT SWITCH TO ANOTHER COMPANY. MNP BENEFIT. JUST TELL ME. TRY TO SO3VE 5F POSSIBLE OR ELSE OPTION IS OPENED AS YOU BETTER KNOW.

wrongly deducted money ( 30 ru. )from my A/c. they are Activate VAS Jumpgames service. i have a simple moble ( nokia 1316 ) how i use this service ??? & i didn't activate that type of service .this is happen once in month when my balance is more then that service. & the customer care are not receiv my call

wrongly deducted money from my A/c.the customer care say that you balance deducted for your call but I have'nt make any call after recharge..cuatemer care says that our system shows that you make a call date 7/7/2015 but I have not any call.
