[Resolved]  Rim — Wrong Deduction of Money from my Account

wrongly deducted money from my A/c.the customer care say that u activated this service but i didn't activate that type of service .this is happen once in month when my balance is more then that service. the cuatemer care says that our system shows that u activated the service my msg but i didn't send any msg?

im calling from home location Bhiwandi 421302 STD cod (02522) to 02522 i had called in this no local to local and call charges deducted wrongly 1rs per min iwant weiver for this
and when i had called at custmr care i spoke with csr lavesh and csl Bhavesh in Mumbai circle or Mahrashtra circle he spoke with with very wroodley. when I told him just transf call to TL then he disconet call

Reliance Communications : Mobile Phone — Wrongly activation and monthly charges of RIM-to-RIM Pack

I am having Reliance CDMA mobile connection for last morethan 5 years with no. : [protected]. The connection is undercorporate customer and taken initially under Dhirubhai Ambani Pioneer Offer (DAPO).

To my uttersurprise they have automatically activated RIM-to_RIM pack scheme on my connection from Dec'08 onwards. They have also started charging Rs. 225 towards this facilities on monthly basis.

When, I spoke to their customer service officer he could not give any reference for this. If I have requested, there must be some service request no. and reference. But it is not there.Even, he didnt speak to me properly and dis-connected the phone.

I have made several complaints on their different customer service E-mail ids, but till date not reply.

Can you please take up the case through your forum.

RIM — wrong deduction, refuging to launch a complaint

dear sir?madam,

i was wrongly charged 53 rupees for sms, more then i sent, and when i complained to customer care, they even refuged to check it out by launching and sending a complaint to technical section.
please, i do want that in future any customer should not be deprived from his right of launchimg a complaint.

I am disappointed with the service of the company as even though i never subscribed to a caller tune they set a caller tune (He Chatti Maya) without any information and deducted Rs.15. The company is not authorized to take decision on behalf of the customer and we are not here to pay money for what mistakes they do. RIM — Classic 732 set creating problem

I classic 261 set that is CDMA with Reliance UIM card. I changed it wit classic 732 wit my friend,
now this phone is creating problem ...I am getting blank message frequently while my friends are sending me full text messages, I asked some of my friends owning claassic phones they all are facing the same problem. This is the wrost phone of RIM

RIM — activation

rim company without any information they activat anything without our permission. if we complain it they will say this has ben alloted by company i[censored] dont want than give the unsubcirbe msg. they only blam us only. tata is better than this oly befor activatons they ask atlest 2times by sendind he sms.
ya i agre with this complaint they will not inform u before i[censored] come to know than they will blame u only & there custmer care never here u . i have exprince this problem more than 11 times from that time on wards i never refill my rim number.

RIM — MKR Deactivation

Most humbly i submit that any service named MKR is activated on my RIM no i.e [protected] for which i have earlier contacted to customer care but still not been deactivated. Every month Rs.30 is deducted from my main account balance...but i 've never told to activate any such services...

ALSO IF NOT ATTENDING ANY UNKNOWN CALL LIKE YOUR RELIANCE COMPANY'S CALL THEN RELIANCE COMPANY PERSONS (LADIES ALSO) TALK WITH MY MOTHER IN LAW VERY WRONGLY OR ASKING HER WHY NOT ATTENDING OUR CALL OR WE WILL SHUT DOWN YOUR CARD AND OTHER MISBEHAVIOR LANGUAGE USED WITH HER.

MY HUSBAND IS POLICE INSPECTOR. IF ANY CALL HAVING MISBEHAVIOUR LIKE AS ABOVE IS RECEIVED & IF ATTENDED BY MY HUSBAND, THEN HE WILL BE TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST YOU.

I REGISTERED DO NOT DESTURB FACILITY BUT YET NOT ACTIVATED.
