My semi automatic samsung washing machine gotta problem wit its spinner....we made a complaint to service centre and the service was too slow for 3 months....since we ve made many calls to the centre but no response...Make us the favour as soon as possible...we r waiting for ur valuable reply.....

hi this is Manoj Bhati . i purchased a brand new samsung corby mate GT B-3313. purchase karne k 21 din baad... is ke headphone ke ek side ne work karna band kar diya. maine samsung care ko call kiya to mujhe nearest 2 service centres ka address bata diya gaya. mai waha gaya to unhone bataya ki headphones stock mai nahi hai aap ko 8 din wait karna hoga. finally maine samsung care fir se phone kiya unhone other service centre ka address bata diya. aur maine kaafi time barbaad karne k baad akhir 26july2010 ko apna handset ghaziabad mai SK services jo samsung k authorized dealer hai un k yaha de diya. unhone mujhe bataya ki within 30 minutes ham aap ko call kar k batate hai. us k baad aaj tak koi call nahi aaya. maine unhe call karne ki koshish ki to ek number ko wo rec nahi karte ya sw off hotahai doosra landline ko utha k rakha hotahai. is beech mai maine kai baar waha ja k baat ki har baar un ka naya bahana hota hai ki next week, 2 din baad, ham call kar denge aap ko etc. is beech maine samsung care ko kam se kam 6-7 baar call kiya. har baar wo bol dete hai ki hamari mobile branch se aap ko call ayega within 2 hrs. lekin aaj tak no call. finally maine samsung care ko call kar k bola ki aaj k baad mai aap ko koi call nahi karunga bs aap mujhe sk services ka koi private number de dijiye is par unhone waha k manager ka cell number mujhe diya. maine us par 4 baar call kiya lekin wo insaan hamesha meeting mai hota hai ya office k bahar aur har baar mujhe bolta hai ki aap apna request number de dijiye mai aap ko sham 5 baje tak call karta hu. lekin aaj tak us ka bhi koi call nahi aaya. almost 2-3 month me ab maine thak haar k apne samsung phone ko bechne k liye net par add daal diya hai aur koshish kar raha hu ki apne handset ko waha se la k local shop pe repair kara saku. aur ye sure kar liya hai ki future mai kabhi samsung phone purchase nahi karunga.aur na hi samsung care ko bhool se bhi call karunga.......bhatimanojk

Samsung Mobile — Constant issues in Phone & Samsung Services

I had bought Samsung Star Superb & just after buying the same it had software issues which I managed somehow. After 3 months, its touch screen stopped functioning. I gave the phone to Samsung Borivali Service centre & they called me to collect the phone after 3 days. When my wife went to collect the phone, they said that only one problem is resolved, rest will take time. After that, none of them got back for 15 days & they never pick up the phone. Then somehow, I managed to get the no. of Samsung Area manager who assisted me in contacting them. Finally I got the phone...Now after 30 days, phone's PC Studio software does not work & I am unable to save my data. It is unable to connect to my PC. Samsung phone is really creating trouble for me even after spending that much money on phone...Can someone take best possible action against them???

Samsung — Poor service from service station

I Purchased this handset on 12/6/2010. After a Month my touch was not working and i gave it to service center and after 2 and half months they gave me back now my display is not working and its 3 weeks and they are saying that component is not available. Is this the way 2 serve your coustmer.? If my problem is not resolved as soon as possible i'll file my complain and will take samsung to the court.

I bought a Samsung 32inch LCD TV 2 days back. shopkeeper told Samsung technicians will arrive for the wall mounting of TV. Till now no one reached or contacted us for the same. Shop keeper of NEXT Harippad is not giving the number of Samsung office to contact.

I bought my new samsung B34109(corby plus) just before 3- 4 months .I found that LCD was a dim than other B3410.
I contacted to HEENAL MOBILE MART , SAMSUNG MOBILE , KRISHNABAUG , MANINAGAR , AHMEDABAD for my query.
They called me 4-5 times and once they also updated the software but it didnt help.
Today i again contacted them , they changed my LCD with new one but still i have no change in my LCD brightness(infact it appears dull than before one)
I think they have replaced it with an old one.

Please take some proper steps against them so that customer can be satisfied.
I think u will take my email under consideration under consideration and take satisfactory steps

Samsung — poorest service

Painful words against Samsung mobile. I have buyed Samsung Monte on Aug 13th of 2010 with my hard earned money. I have never came across this worst service. i have to tell my painful story. just after 4 months the problem started. i have gave my mobile for service at ameerpet Samsung service center. you can see some of most irresponsible people at this service center. i really fed up with them. they told initially the problem with LCD display. after that the problem is with the motherboard ; this is known to me after a number of times i called them. this is much more interesting ; they not even lifting the phone when a customer called. i have visited their office many times. poorest response. Their techican have told me that "electronics products will have problems sir". anyone can see the how beautiful their response is. i haven't got my mobile yet from them. they are telling stories today you will get it and day after tomorrow you get it. they haven't received the motherboard kit from Samsung until now it seems. day after day a new story. The branch manager at service center is behaving very rudely.
i believe in consumer court. i hope you will solve my problem as early as possible.

I wanted to take a backup of my phone-book on my PC so I tried installing the software that came with the phone itself but it is not connecting to my phone- I am using original Data Cable that came along with the phone. I have tried downloading New PC Studio v1.4 & v1.5 but still not able to connect either by USB nor blue tooth. Even Customer Services people giving strange answers like try on different PC, I have already tried on 3 different PCs but still problem persists.
So now problems i am facing-
poor customer service - people not aware what to tell to customers
Lack of resources - battery's out of stock on all service centers. I had to visit service center 4 times to get a new battery.
Handset- Phone hanging, Battery gave up in mere 9 months & i had to pay 364/- for a battery.

What should I do about all this?

I have bought a mobile phone model C-3200 from a reputed store named S.B. Communication, Jalan market, (Ph-[protected]) here at Asansol on 17.09.2010. But from the day I bought it I faced a lot of software problems but the most criticizing one being that often all by itself both all my messages from the Sentbox and Inbox get deleted and thereby I can neither read nor write messages coupled with Display, Sound and many other problems. When I went to the Samsung Service Center the behaved extremely rudely with me time to time.I adjusted myself at any cost. But this time the rough behaviour of the Service Center has broken my strength of endurance and compelled me to write this complaint against a respectfull company like SAMSUNG. Respected SirMadam I kindly request you to pay head to whatever I have written.Now this new set is nothing but show piece. You may enquire at the shop also from where I had bought.
Kindly let me know the steps you have take against your Service Center via phone or through E-Mail.

I have bought SAMSUNG LCD C480 model on 31st Oct 2010.With in 3.5 month of its operation one of its card failed.When I called service representative ,they told that the card is not avilable with them and it may take six days to arrange from somewhere.I want the current TV set to be replaced because of the poor performance and service support .I conveyed my message to customer care with the complaint no.[protected].They are reluctant to change the set.
Its very harsh to say that I am totally unsatisfied from the product and services of Samsung. I purchased a Samsung S5200 metro handset on[protected]. on[protected], my set had the problem of automatic dialling and auto receiving, I surrender my set to Kalkaji Samsung Service shop on[protected]. I received my set on[protected], after 2 hours the same problem again arose. now i again handed over my handset to same service shop on[protected]. its very disappointing service from such reputed company and I am very much sure that in future I will not opt for any Samsung Product.
i would like to inform you i have 1 hand set purchase in top ten
( lower Parel ) after 9 mont he reaiside some problem so i had been give to samsung service cetare( chinchpokali) req no. 27534 that time he spk to me we will within 8 days repaire & give it to you but last 1 one mont mobile not handover to me why ?

Poor responses from the service centre. My registerd complaint # D10822 to service my 29 inch TV is not attended to for the last three days. No responsible replies over phone. The Service Manager -Farida - [protected]-does not bother to attend to calls or respond to SMS. This number was given to me by the front office people. Earlier, I had problems in the maintenance of my Samsun AC also.

I have come to the conclusion that Samsung products are fairly good, marketing is great, but service is atrociously poor. I would advise potential buyers against buying Samsung products.

i was told by many to buy a samsung phone because of its excellent features, looks, prices and support but i had an altogether different experience when i visited the louden street samsung service centre in kolkata. the service was next to nothing. the speed at which the centre executives were working was negligible and the altogether experience was extremely tiring ad time consuming without getting any results what so ever. i was waiting at the center for over half an hr to juts see them tend to 4 customers as they seemed to be extremely busy throwing chargers, plastics bags at each other and just adjusting themselves in their oh so comfortable seats. the center timings seemed vague and i could not be sure if i would receive my mobile on the very same day even though the problem i was facing was extremely minor and would not have taken any time to fix. on inquiring of the time when the service centre would close, the answer i got was"6-6.30." what one is to understand of two closing times of a place like a service centre is above me. another factor that i was surprised about was that in this day of massive technological advancement, i was told to bring a hard copy of the bill. when the date of purchase etc should be on their server.
this incident happened on the 23rd of april 2011

Samsung — No proper service and rude behaviour of service agent

The repesentative from your sevice center ( Naman Refrigeration) came to our home to give us demo of refrigerator but during demo he has broke the vegetable box top shelf
Than he prepared job card and told us that it will be replaced within one week but still it is not replaced everytime he is saying it will take one more week .


Now he is telling we are not going replace it and we have lost yours job card if you nee that you have to deposit money and taking with us in very rude manner



we have not expected this kind of service from a brand like samsung



if next time we have to puchace any good we have to think twice about the brand samsung ..


please take action on this ASAP

Samsung Mobiles — Problem not RESOLVED SINCE TWO MONTHS

It gives me immense dissatisfaction in announcing that iam not at all satisfied by services rendered by
Samsung mobile service centre.As it has been almost two months that i have depositted my mobile SAMSUNG B 319 AT one your service centre in AGRA NAMED AS "ELECTRONIC PEOPLE" IHAVE DEPOSITTED MY SET ON 04'TH OF APRIL.2011 WITH THE PROBLEM OF BROKEN LCD AND BROKEN SCREEN THOUGH THE LCD HAS BEEN CHANGED BUT STILL THE DISPLAY SCREEN HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED AS THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK.STILL IAM WAITING FOR MY PHONE

DESPITE OF GIVING FREQUENT CALLS AND VISITING SERVICING CENTRE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FROM THEIR END.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.AND STOP MAKING FALSE PROMISES THROUGH ADVERTIASEMENTS.

we have being customers of samsung products since many years.
we own a 9 air conditioners, 4 mobiles, 1 microwave oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 dvd player, 1 home theater, 1 television etc.
one of our ac stopped working on 10 june, 2011.
we called the local samsung service center on the same day.
they assured us of quick service.
but till date 16 june, 2011 we have not received any service.
this is so disappointing for any customer.
whenever we call the service center, they tell us that they will be coming within an hour or two...
we are so disappointed that we have decided not to use any samsung product in future.
but we would surely be waiting for a solid reasoning behind this poor service from company's side.

After 15 day is foulty so we given for reapering for her after he gives back beetwen 4 days. After that the problems is countinu then its again given for repering at samsang care there also give backe after 10 days but problem is continue...
So kindy requsted to you do on the action on that. Other vice we will go for grahk surakhsa form for compline there.
